Jesse and crew did a complete tear-off, sheeted with plywood, and put on new shingles - and they did it in four days! It was a quality job with all of the nice finishing so it looks very polished. The price was very reasonable. Jesse has good relationships with his suppliers so the materials were reasonably priced. In the end, the price was exactly what he quoted so there were no surprises. There was an initial review by the designer. A week later I received an invoice that included $100.00 for reading an Email. I called and protested and they removed that portion of the invoice and apologize. I reluctantly let them proceed. After another 5-weeks they came back with a proposal and costs. The costs were well over twice the original estimate. They presented a presentation which was art work, no plans. I had to decline. The final bill was over $2500.00 for high level drawings and art work for a plan that never stood a chance of being within the original discussion.
