The second my husband asked a question the driver refused to tow it. We tried to talk with the owner who is VIOLENT. His group of minions surrounded us. After two cancelations and two hours, nothing. I decide to take matters into my owns hands. List of every towing company within 100miles of Albuquerque created -- Grok rocks. Call #1: Acme. Acme has a deal with local govt where they must respond within a strict timeframe. My parents are way outside this frame. Instead of hanging up, he said he gave me a list of folks he thinks are within range. 5 names and 5 numbers. We end up finding help. About 30 mins later my phone rings -- private number. It's Acme, just checking to see if I've had luck or if he should jump on the phones with me. This type of character is rare. The type you only stumble upon once in a few years. The man behind Acme is the real deal, he cares -he is selfless. I remember when I use to carry this character around. I'm taking this lesson as a reminder. I need to be more selfless.

I needed the compost dumped in one spot as I am sharing it with my neighbor and the mulch in a different spot closer to my garden. He picked up the materials in a timely manner, dumped them in the 2 designated areas and even put a tarp under each pile and the two materials did not get mixed together at all even though they were in the same trailer. I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris.
