The 47 Chevy was light and sweet, Elusive was hoppy and citrusy, Amber was malty and caramel-y, and Mule was sweet and syrupy. I had blackberry mead and it was my first time trying mead. This one was light and sweet. If you are vegetarian they have black been burger and portobello mushroom burgers. The fries were fries in beef tallow and it tasted like bacon. I told my husband he needs to run 2 miles after eating the fries. Plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seatings.

I also love that it was a local business and it was veteran owned. It did not disappoint. Their Amber Waves of Grain beer was phenomenal. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious. The side of mac & cheese was thick and creamy. I had their house made cheddar jalapeño sausage smothered with sautéed onions. It was delicious. As were the fresh fries fried in beef tallow. This little gem was a pleasant surprise! The staff was awesome - very friendly and helpful. We even were able to buy a freshly packaged four pack of beer, and our waitress offered my husband an iced tea to go. I will definitely be visiting this location again the next time we make this road trip.

I really liked this place. This brewery has a great vibe, is HUGE, good service, yummy food, tasty beer and considering it was a cold, icky night when we went - there was more people there than I would have thought. My smash melt was so good. Messy but a good type of messy. It was also a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The shepherds pie was really runny. A spoon was definitely the utensil of choice but the flavor was spot on. I struggled to get up the stairs because of my knees (both are new) and it appears to be the only stairs so I had to wait for some servers to go up (& vice versa) but when we got up there it was very cool. Honestly, this place is huge. I cannot stress that enough. There was a big party next to us and I watched how they were waited on...because sometimes big parties can be a challenge. It appeared that no one waited a unreasonable time to get their refills. Even a spill was taken care of by staff swiftly. That is a good sign. However, our service was just good. It took a long time to get a beer and we never got out second one we just paid and left All that being said, I will be back.

Although it's housed in a small town, their selection of bourbon and tequila and other fine liquors is outstanding. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on different types of unpreserved tequila so my husband was in pure heaven. I ordered an old fashion, and he tried one of his preservative, free tequila, which was another selling point that he had preservative free, hard liquor items. It was very educated about the backstory of them. It was just such a cool place! He gave us a tour around the liquor store as well giving us knowledge about each of the different regions and where things were made you could tell he was really passionate. The staff was all really nice and attentive. It's very clean, decorated nicely, has some awesome mural artwork inside. Although they've only been open six months. This is truly a place that you would come back to again again! If I were living in Festus, this would definitely be my number one bar to be a regular, if you haven't given them a try I highly suggest going by and visiting, be back soon! Very well done owners and staff!

There is almost always a wait but tonight we got seated pretty quick. The menu has quite a bit to choose from and unfortunately I feel like the prices have gone up and the quantity doesn't match what you are paying for. I ordered the fried shrimp. I asked for fries instead of the rice & beans. For $17.50 I'm expecting 8-10 shrimp...I got 5. They gave me the rice & beans and when they brought out the missing fries, they were stone cold. I was informed that since I didn't get the fries originally there, would be no substitution charge and that the rice & beans were on the house. My husband ordered the jambalaya entree that came with cornbread and a salad. Cornbread was a sliver but it appears he had the best meal of the night. Our friends ordered the chicken sandwich and it came with stone cold fries. The other ordered a burger that came without the cheese he requested (then was charged for asking for it) and stone cold fries. All fries were discarded and fresh ones brought out after awhile. 1 out of the 4 meals ordered was the only thing that turned out right. I kinda expected an apology or something for all the issues with our meals but nothing. The company we had was great. The dining experience was a let down.

We got there before opening at 11:00, the staff was still busy setting up but let us stand near the restrooms till they opened. We got settled in the new pavilion, it was a large room with a bar, a stage for the musical guests, and lots of tables of various sizes. There is a room at the entrance for wine tasting but for everything else you can order there or the bar in the pavilion. I waited for a bit to go for the tasting to let the rush die down. There were still a few people waiting for coffee and we were chatting and when I went to place my order for the wine tasting the bartender commented that she had just put everything away. Hmm, if it weren't for that I would have given 5 stars but that made me feel like I was a bother but that was literally her job. I didn't do any more tastings and did the rest of my orders at the outside bar. The rest of the day was wonderful, the sun came out but the day kept cool. We moved inside and outside, Two Pedro's played and we watched couple's dance. Tried the three flavors of Sangria; white peach, strawberry, and autumn. My favorite was the autumn with its cinnamon apple spice. It was a very peaceful place, laid back but efficient
