I was welcomed but the employees as soon as I came in. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for but also asked me questions to the process to ensure that I understood what I was buying and what was the right gun for me. The background check process was seamless and the employee even took me to the side so that I can have a quiet area and privacy. He gave me a lot of background information on Georgia gun laws that I would need to know and information about some suggested ranges for practice. As a first buyer, I appreciated their level of patience, knowledge and exceptional customer service. All employees also were wearing masks and they encouraged social distancing so I felt safe through the process While I waited I browsed the store and they had a lot of great finds. I ended up buying a bunch of classic DVDs at only $1 each. I will definitely be back to shop here and recommend them to friends and family !

The fat younger guy literally told me they could only offer me scrap price for the items. So in my head I'm assuming scrap ok 60% at lowest to 90% right? Wrong, 40 dollars for an Oz of silver. Silver is at 114.00 right now. They're offering 35%, so obviously they're taking advantage of people. I just said "nah I'm good" and took my chain back and walked right out. I'm assuming they're offering 500-1,800 per Oz of gold. I would definitely not recommend this place at all to sell gold or silver. They will take advantage of you. Hit up a refinery or try to sell on marketplace at spec price someone will but it within hours. These people at this pawnshop are definitely stealing from their customers. I would not pay your loans off and not take loans from them. Take your business elsewhere or shop around before you get taken advantage of at this location. 35%? Really?
