We reached out to the office on very short notice, explaining that we needed to see more than a dozen homes that same weekend. Looking Glass immediately connected us with one of their agents, Amanda Jonnala, who proved to be exceptional from start to finish. From the first phone call, it was clear that Looking Glass Realty is committed to customer service. Amanda met us that Saturday and spent the entire day showing us homes, returning again on Sunday to help us find the perfect fit. She arrived fully prepared with organized packets for each property--MLS sheets, photos, disclosures, everything we needed. This level of preparation and attention to detail speaks volumes about the standards Looking Glass sets for its agents. Throughout the entire process--touring homes, making an offer, navigating inspections, coordinating contractor estimates, and preparing a counteroffer--we felt supported, informed, and taken care of. Everything moved efficiently and smoothly, and the communication from the agency was excellent. Looking Glass Realty clearly values hard work, professionalism, and client-centered service. Our experience with the company exceeded every expectation, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Terrie is the BEST, what else can I tell you? My wife and I relocated from out of state to Franklin…read moreand Terrie was with us 100% of the way. From the moment we got in touch with her, she snapped to action and jumped right on the case, she doesn't waste any time! How could we have ever guessed that that initial little phonecall inquiry to Terrie about a certain home would lead to us moving into that *same* home not much longer than a month later? Amazing! She was always available to take calls or texts and often worked late into the night to make sure everything was getting done throughout the home-buying process. We were first-time home buyers and it can be a pretty intimidating ordeal, especially when you're going at it long distance (!), but having Terrie on our side our minds were at ease, we knew we were in good hands and that she was working hard for us. The home we were looking at had multiple offers on it and it's thanks to her wonderful negotiation skills that our offer was accepted. What a pro!! She is a very sweet woman with a great personality and really was just a joy to work with. We're so glad to have had her on our side. Thanks Terrie!!

Truly not what I expected, in the best way possible…read more We stayed in the Raccoon Loft through LivingSocial, which has a lofted "bedroom" upstairs over a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and another bedroom with a door. There were raccoons everywhere! From the lamp, to the salt and pepper holder, to every figurine, to the beanie baby hanging off the curtain rod... there was no mistake where we were! We had a great porch with a grill, and then next to the cabin was an outside area with chairs and a fire pit. Oh, and our cabin had the BEST MOVIE COLLECTION EVER. If you don't agree with me, there is also directv. As comfortable as our loft was, I could not get over the nature trails. We stumbled upon one after finding the tree house, and couldn't stop searching. So much thought throughout the whole area, I loved it. I commented immediately on our arrival how I thought someone had sprinkled the whole area in silver confetti (I believe thanks to the micah), but honestly, I would not put it past the owners to have sprinkled it themselves. So you can pan for gold in the "river", hang out on groovy way, play checkers in a hen house (beware the fox!), and oh, so much more. I think my favorite may have been the tree of prehistoric creatures... not to ruin too many surprises. it was a little odd being the only ones on property during the offseason, but during its peak times I could see some great times for kids as they make new friends in the common areas, playing horseshoes or checkers. Seriously, so awesome, I definitely could have stayed much longer! And I can't wait to return! Cell/internet was definitely spotty, so if you're looking for that type of seclusion, you can get it here!
