He asked the appropriate questions and took two days to provide an estimate. My wife and I reviewed the estimate and agreed to price and scheduled the work to be done. Initial crew arrived to complete the drywall repair and they ensured they covered and draped off areas of the home to minimize dust. They did an excellent job in advance of the painters and they ensured clean up of our home before leaving for the day. The painters arrived on time the next day and ensured covering all floors and furniture to ensure no issues. They had an initial estimate of two days but the crew worked and were to complete the effort after one long day. After inspection, I found several minor spots to touch up and they corrected immediately. Highly recommended.

This gem of a roofing company thought it'd be totally fine to help themselves to my outdoor electrical outlet. Because why pay for your own power when you can just steal your neighbor's, right? And as a bonus, they left some nice gouges in the driveway. A little gift, I assume? When I called to address it, I naively expected professionalism. Silly me. Instead, I was met with a guy who went straight from zero to belligerent--accused me of lying, took no responsibility, and basically treated my concerns like a personal inconvenience. Charming. The crew? Left behind nails, trash, and the general vibe of a team that just barely watched a YouTube video called "How to Roof: Step 1." Cleanup? Optional. Respect for neighbors' property? Also optional. Accountability? LOL. If you're in the market for a company that delivers a roof and a side of hostility, this is your winner. Otherwise, trust me--hire literally anyone else with a ladder and a pulse

Josh and Brent of Precision Painters are absolutely fantastic to work with!…read more I recently moved back to the area, purchased a new home and needed to hire painters for the first time in Louisville. I was on a short schedule and wanted to find painters that could paint my house within a 3 day window between closing and move in. I called around and although most companies had no flexibility, they all recommended Precision Painters. I called Josh and Brent and, sure enough, they were able to make the job happen and right on the schedule I needed. Their work was absolutely pristine perfection, and their flexibility and ability to make things happen on such short notice made my experience in my new home even better. I received a couple of bids on the work and the pricing for Precision Painters was perfection, too. I highly recommend this team and cannot thank them enough for making my new home even better.
