Called and emailed the information to the main office out of state and all the Customer Service person said is to contact them. We DO NOT GET RETURN phones calls!!! They just pass the buck. I don't know why I was worried about that, but they were the opposite. No hard sell, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anymore shopping for a battery.
