UPDATE Well I take…read moreback my 5 star review. I will still say my salesman Chad was great and I would come back to purchase from him again in a cash deal only. Reason for changing my review is as follows: We were cash buyers and did not have a reason to finance. They tried to play the what can you afford monthly game which I didn't need. The RV we wanted they would not let us pay cash and said we had to finance it and pay 5 payments before we could pay it off. The finance department gave me an amortization schedule and showed us we would pay about $500 in interest if we paid the rv off over the 5 months. My wife and I didn't think $500 was enough to kill the deal so we agreed. Now comes the finance company, first bill shows up and they don't have a line to pay additional principal so I call them. I'm told don't worry, just pay what you want and we apply the rest to principal and you will still have a payment due the next month. Sounds right, expect that the next statement shows up, they charged more interest in the first month than I should have paid over the 5 months based on the schedule Brettz provided and now they say I don't have a payment due until August with interest accruing daily. Yes I know this is the finance company and not Brettz but I'm only in this position because of them and this was a finance company they picked. Just beware if you are a cash buyer and they convince you to finance

warning! you will put money down (three weeks ago) on a camper. wait to hear from them (for a week)…read morehave them say (on a record phone call btw) "you got denied," and then never see your money until they deem it's "done." then, (wouldn't you know it) a week later when you angrily call asking where tf your money is, you suddenly "got approved" for "more money down." whole time they will not call you. you will have to call them. and everyone that "helps you" will always magically be out of office!! go elsewhere, the greed is absolutely atrocious!

Honestly, it seemed pretty scary at first…read more We found a boat online that we thought we would be interested in, we called and made an appointment to view it. At our appointment, we felt very welcome they had a cute welcome sign with our name on it and Chad was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. There was no pressure to buy at that moment he gave us time to think about it and call at a later date when we had made up our mind. Once we knew it was the boat for us Chad helped us with all the paperwork and even added on a free Un winterization package and offered to take us out on the lake for the first time. We learned how to use our boat and explored a new to us lake. Honestly, I thought buying a used boat we would not get the service as if we bought a brand-new boat, but everyone at prestige treated us as if we bought a brand-new boat.

We bought the boat in November and there was no haggling or uncomfortable conversations. We worked out a deal to keep the boat in Idaho until we were able to come get it in May! Scheduling a time to visit in May was super easy and they went above and beyond when we arrived. There was a bow on the boat and a personalized sign as we walked in the door. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We did some shopping in their proshop area for all of our gear and they offered us a generous discount for purchasing our boat with them! We did a demo on the water the day we picked it up and learned about all the features on the boat. We had a minor issue once we got back to the house, but Chad was there to answer our questions after hours and fixed the problem without hesitation. We got our boat home and she's in the water ready for a great summer! All thanks to Prestige and the awesome staff!!

We bought our boat brand new from Anglers Marine in Anaheim, California in 2013 and faithfully serviced it there since new. The boat has been used mostly in coastal off shore waters from Long Beach to San Clemente and occasionally in the Colorado River in Arizona and Nevada. Well maintained and serviced every 2-years from bow to stern and the trailer no matter what, we fixed it. Our recent saga begins last January 2023 when the boat ran hot in the driveway during a routine start up. I called to make an appointment for service and was told the 1st available service appointment was April; 3-months out. With no other option we waited. During the service it was determined a thermostat housing was needing to be replaced and it was on backorder. So we waited for the part to come in...waited and waited. Still on backorder and the boat in storage unusable we moved to Kuna Idaho. I brought the boat up and put it in storage here while we continued to wait for the backordered part...March 2024 started to show some decent weather so I reached out to Indian Creek Sports & Storage just about 3-miles from my house. There I met Troy who patiently listened to my sob story and with his seasoned experience and advice he convinced me to bring it in for a look as he suspected the water pump and not the thermostat housing was the problem...I asked him if I needed an appointment and he simply said..."go get your boat and bring it in"...I was shocked...so I did. The boat was there for about a week at which time the backordered thermostat housing from Mercury Marine had come in and I took it over and delivered it to them. A day or two later I got a call from Darren who introduced himself as the mechanic working on my boat and he told me the water pump was in bad shape and best to replace it with the thermostat housing and then everything will be correct with a baseline for further diagnosis if required and I agreed. A few days later Darren called me said the boat is ready and runs perfect! My boat wasn't there more than 2 weeks including the time it took to get the water pump and during that time I also met Steve, Chris and others who are all very pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable....Once I got my boat home I carefully examined the work and I can say it looks like a factory installation. Perfect. As happy as I am to have this year long odyssey finally over I'm more pleased to have a trusted team of Marine engine and propulsion technical advisors and mechanics only 3-miles from my house who do what they say and don't mind explaining things in natural language.....and that Darren is a Genius!

I brought my new boat here for a lower unit repair, and it was a nightmare. They missed a simple…read morebut critical safety step: they didn't "safety wire" the bolts. Because of this oversight, the entire lower unit almost fell off while I was out on the water with my wife and daughter. It was a terrifying experience that put my family in direct danger. When I took the boat back, instead of apologizing for the mistake, the owner was incredibly rude. He blamed my motor's custom design for the issue, even though the real problem was his shop's failure to secure it properly. He eventually fixed it, but then called me just to gripe and complain about how he "wasted his time" on a "dumb motor." A professional shop should know how to follow basic safety specs the first time. The owner's lack of accountability and his aggressive attitude are completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and the safety risk, take your boat somewhere else!
