I advised him that that was against the law that service dogs are allowed into any establishment. He told me he didn't care what the law was and was very rude and indignant. He told me that people that come there could be allergic to dogs. I said it doesn't really make a difference. He told me " get out now". I told him I had things in the washing machine and that they needed to finish in the cycle. He once again demanded I leave. I put my dog in the car for the last couple minutes of the washing cycle. Not only do I have a complaint with the ADA on him I can also sue him for discrimination as well as the "disability act".

I showed up at 8 am and they informed me that I couldn't retrieve my clothes before 11 am. However, they closed early at 1 pm, giving customers just a 2-hour window to collect their items. It's a terrible disservice to customers, especially when they unexpectedly close shop. I had to buy a new shirt for a conference because they had all my dress shirts, and I had no way to pick them up. It's clear they need to reconsider their business practices. I can understand staffing shortages, but there are plenty of people looking for work, so "short staff" is not an excuse. The other services they offer to use a kiosk or delivery service was "not available" either. Get it together Tide. I'm not surprised by the 3 star rating, in fact, I'd expect it to be lower.
