Everyone was willing to help and cheer each other up. If you want to pick up new hobby or keep yourself active, I highly recommend trying this place out.

Joining Win-Win Kung Fu has been one of the best life decisions I've made. I did Tang Soo Do for…read morenearly 8 years before going off to college and I have always participated in high intensity sports, so I figured I could keep up. Much to my surprise, I broke a sweat, felt every muscle ache, and found a renewed passion for martial arts. The teachers here come directly from China and are super highly skilled in Chinese martial arts, like straight out of a movie status. In my short year and a half with the school, I have learned Shaolin style, contemporary wushu, weapons, and now Baji. I also decided to learn tai chi which I also underestimated how much of an internal workout it is and challenging to say the least. I have felt more in shape now than any other post college time, and lost about 20 lbs. since joining. Wish I would've join sooner! The youth follow a belt system, the adults have it too and are encouraged to test but it is not mandatory like other martial arts practices. In this sense I feel it's a great way for children to develop the discipline, focus and physical ability while adults focus on self-improvement without the pressure of testing. We are busy adults but we invest the time we want to better our own abilities and I feel that is the Martial way. There are far more great things to say about this school and Master Bao than can be written in a yelp review. They offer a free trial class of wushu, tai chi, etc., so why not give it a shot.

My middle daughter and I started this journey over 4 years ago as we were looking for an activity that was "her thing". She was 8 at the time. Since then we have continued to progress through the belt ranks together. making this "our thing". During that time, my wife and two other younger children have started, and they all love it. I have had the great pleasure of seeing my kids and wife mature in the martial arts discipline as their confidence levels grow. At a Program Level: The program is very well organized with each rank requirement clearly defined. The school facilities and equipment represent a significant investment and is very well done. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient (important). They clearly understand the mechanics behind the technique and have a positive encouraging way of teaching. Tiny Tigers: The Tiny Tigers program is focused on ages up to approximately 6 and provides a foundation for entry into the Family Class. It is fun and engaging. Our younger children really enjoy karate night. Family Class: This is a non-intimidating atmosphere with a wide spectrum of participant capabilities. Ages range from 65ish to 8. In addition to learning various martial arts techniques, the class provides an incentive for improving your physical aptitude. I personally can attest that my cardio and strength have significantly improved.
