They build up every sequence from the simplest movements to complex combinations to match each student's level of experience. Fridge, Alex, Joe, and Dave are hands down the best in the area. This place is good for children, women and men. For my short time there I have seen teens with zero self esteem being built up to the great young adults. This isn't the big meathead gym that's looking to knock you out or choke you out. These guys are here to teach a great skill and care about you. I have been to other gyms in the area, where the owner/coach doesn't even know your name. For them it's all about the money.
