Well, let's just say that they didn't handle s@#t, I called the school and talked to the assistant principal, she told she would handle it but yet again she never got off her butt and look for her self. They would throw food at my child and leave terrible letters by my child backpack saying kill yourself.. The second issue is the JV Sofeball COACH MICHELLE MCDONNELL. My issue with her is that she didn't like me,so since she didn't like me, she didn't like my kid. MCDONNELL would talk to everyone girl on the team, and when she would pass by my kid, she would ignore her. When she made the roster, she told my kid that there were only two spots open and one of them is for you, so when the time came to put her on the team, she didn't. Told her oh one of the girls from the soccer team made it instead, but you can be the team manager, and if anyone on the team got hurt, you can sub.. Well, that shit didn't work cause my child ONLY GOT TO PLAY THREE GAMES FOR THE WHOLE SEASON... I would always go to her practice and games.. One of her practices was that she had to leave early because we had a family emergency, MCDONNELL was not too happy about that she looked at my child up and down. I told my kid, "Let's go and MCDONNELL looked at me and rolled her eyes .. I said it nice and clear so MCDONNELL could hear me, I told my kid come let's go we can't stay we have a family emergency what is she going to do not play you, she does that already.. Well, the end of the season came. I was happy because we didn't have to deal with this lady anymore. To top it off, she didn't let us know when the banquet was, and when they team photos, she didn't even name my kid in the year AT ALL.. So yes, because of that dumb ass my child had a bad experience in softball.. So if your kid plays for her, you better be nice to that so-called softball player because she is not one..

She started with just a handful of students and has grown to having 3 competition teams from 1 competition team. This allows the younger students to get familiarized with performing competitively in front of their peers, audience, and judges. We originally found, then Minnie Cheer, through FB. My daughter really wanted to join a cheer team, she was at the time, going to IEGA gymnastics, which she loved and still does, but affordability and location, and the amount of classes made the transition to only doing The Cheer Factory classes a breeze. This is my daughters first season of competitive cheer and she loves it. It is demanding, tiring, but fun and she has not complained once. I believe something like this at such a young age helps boost a child's self-esteem so much. Kudos to Jacqueline and her supporters for expanding into a studio, and in hopes to expand some more. :-)

In the beginning I felt like the owner's values and mine weren't really aligned but my 11 year old daughter wanted to join and so we did. From July to October there was no team bonding as mentioned in the website. The relationships were not intentionally built as it was in my daughters previous gym. The expectation was simply practice and pay. As someone who has been an educator for 21 years and is currently in a career that team building is all I do, I offered the owner my help to get the girls to build their bonds through team building activities. I was shut down. As time went on, my daughter became the target of many of the girls and bullied by the other girls. She was the outcast. I addressed my concerns twice with the owner and coach and each time I was assured that "she would put a stop to it". That never happened. I advised my daughter that we could leave the gym at any time but she repeatedly wanted to keep trying and she stated she didn't want to let her team down. My child was shunned and confronted weekly by other girls on her "team" until the final straw when my daughter expressed to me through tears that her mental and emotional health was suffering. At that point my husband and I made the decision AFTER SPENDING well over $1,000 without ever competing, to pull my daughter. Before we left, my daughters rarely used cheer shoes were Falling a part and we were waiting on a replacement. These shoes cost over $100. Since leaving, the owner has not let me know of our replacements were in. We find raised and paid for competition fees that my daughter never attended and were never offered any of that money back. I say that to point out that the only thing she values is the dollar. She doesn't keep children safe as stated in her website and she doesn't do any team bonding. Cheer is an amazing opportunity for young girls to grow, learn new skills, and empower each other. If you're looking for any of that for your daughter I HIGHLY recommend another gym as you will not get that from this BUSINESS.

I feel that my children are part of a larger community where everyone knows them by their names and their individual personality traits. The teachers genuinely care about each child--not just academically, but emotionally too. My boys are excited to go every morning, which says everything. The balance of learning and play is just right, and I really appreciate the communication and transparency. As a working mom, I cannot stress enough how secure I feel through out the day knowing my children are well taken care of.

Update on Business Owner's reply:…read more Hi Arun, Thank you for your response. When you said "Unfortunately sometimes children run and get hurt", I need to clarify that this was not a simple unfortunate accident. My 2 -year old child didn't injured from just running, he was pushed by another child. The result was not a minor hurt, but a very deep cut that you could almost see the tissue in his forehead, requiring 9 stitches and leaving a permanent scar on his face! When your staff met with me and my husband, we were not provided with any proof demonstrating that proper supervision was in place at the time. On top of that, when we asked how can a 2 year old push another 2 year old inside the classroom hard enough to require nine stitches, Ms. Ash responded, she knew because it has happened with another child in a different classroom. Which is deeply concerning. If management was already aware of such incidents, what corrective actions were implemented to prevent recurrence? Furthermore, prior to this incident, my son got scratches in his face because a friend pushed him and he fell. This raises serious concerns about supervision. "If a similar push had already occurred, how could a repeated push happen that resulted in such a traumatic injury? When you saying safety is your number #1 priority, being pushed hard enough to cause this type of injury is not just typical play, it indicates a lapse in managing the situation before it escalated. Ensuring children safety requires more than general statements, it requires accountability and proactive supervision to prevent foreseeable harm. Original review: I wish I never had to leave this review! After touring several centers, we chose this daycare because the staff seemed really nice and kind, and the facility was clean. As working parents, we always try to find the safest place for our kids, and I truly believed my son would be safe here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our 2-year-old suffered a serious injury while in their care and needed nine stitches on his forehead. Since that day, our lives have been turned upside down. He got so traumatized that he is now fearful of everything and becomes extremely distressed around doctors and nurses. Every time I look at his face, the big scar on his tiny forehead brings me so much pain! No parent or child should ever have to go through something like this! Not only that, in addition to frequent incident reports, he once came home with socks and shoes completely soaked from morning water play and had apparently worn them all day, including during nap time. His feet were pale and wrinkled from being wet for so long. That should never happen! I don't know if the pain I feel every time I see this scar on my son's face will ever go away, but I truly hope this daycare takes children's safety and supervision as seriously as they present themselves. Clearly, they need closer oversight and stronger precautions!
