On the morning of the move, they wanted to see if I could go early, which I couldn't. When I went to the unit for my appointed time at noon, no one showed. When I called I was told that the other crew had been reassigned and the new crew had a dead battery - but they would be right there once it was charged. I was done done. When I called to cancel and get my $99 deposit back, the customer service rep did not have the authority to do so and was going to ask for an exception. Seriously?
