I can't explain the AC/Heating people around here in Hood country, but either they would tell me no because I didn't buy the system from them, or just plain no, and one guy wanted to charge me 5-6x the work that was left. When you look at where "systems" are heading - they are going to get more turn key. If people want business they will need to assure they get the maintenance and replacement business. I called Alpine Home Systems (that sold me the unit in KY) and they put me in contact w/you. You came out and I gave him an extra $100 just for the time. So far things are working great.
