When I went to the entrance I found the doors locked and a sign that said "By Appointment Only" and a phone number. So I called and was told that they had no appointments available today. I had driven 20 minutes to get there. They are located much closer for me than the lighting place that did all of our original fixtures. But as a customer I value convenience. I decided to drive the extra seven miles to the original place where I walked in, explained what I was looking for, reviewed some options, placed the order, made a deposit, and was on my way in about 20 minutes. From previous experience with Great Lakes, once you do get inside, they are helpful and had good selection and prices. But I just wanted to find, buy, and go home, not make an appointment.

Just wanted to say that I have been going to Bussard Appliance Parts Co for many years and they…read morehave always been great. Most of the time the parts I've bought have been easy to install, but the diagnostic part is difficult. Bussard has been more than helpful in helping and clear that electrical parts are not returnable. I was unsure on the cause of my gas drier heating up then shutting off. After them what it was doing i had narrowed down to these 2 little coils and a high temperature sensor. She told me she thought it was those 2 little coils, but they weren't returnable. It took me about 10 minutes to install them. it's been about 5 years and the drier is still working just fine. Another time I needed a part for my refrigerator door they told me it was a 6 week delivery. I received a call telling me that my parts had arrived. It was about 1 week. Nothing but good things to say about Bussard Appliance Parts. AAA+++
