When I recently experienced a drain clog in the shower, I called another local plumber because they advertised a drain snaking special. Not only was that bait and switch (only if they can clean the drain from the cleanout only, which is unlikely with a shower), that plumber came out, told me they could've done the job cheaper, and then failed to be able to fix the clog. I called yesterday, and Brandon from Flood Brothers came today, put five minutes of hard work and elbow grease in and figured it out and fixed the problem. It was just a giant hair clog! They stand behind their work, and I will have them back to finish the rest of the plumbing updates to my home.

Something something Overflow brass, mentioned ABS standard piping inside ceiling new (relief!) then stated there was Galvanized cast iron (?) At the end all I know is they told me they did some things they didn't charge for, tenant was happy (even giving me a hug bye and wished me a safe drive) and I left the premises by midnight with just enough energy to stop for some LA street tacos after. Whole job done in less than 3 hours ! Given I called at 9pm and they were done by 12am with some time in between waiting for tenants to allow entry, no doubt will be calling them in the future !! I had both my bathrooms changed from the old 3 knob shower to a more modern single knob shower thingy, plus updating the waste disposal piping/internals. Although the base quotes and labor was cheap, I did ask for some custom stuff which cost extra, and I think they put quite a big markup on them. For example, I wanted brushed nickel finish on my shower fixtures and drains and it cost $360. I looked at Home Depot and it was much less than that for that kind of stuff. Other than that, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The thing that stands out the most about them was their dedication and their customer service. I was having my shower valves and waste disposal replaced but also wanted to reglaze my tub. Long story short, something happened with that reglazing company that might've flooded my downstairs neighbor and Greg hopped on a call with me late at night and talked me through how to check if everything was ok. This took 40 minutes, and thankfully nothing leaked out of my waste disposal. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the services provided and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

His prices are really that affordable. I had trouble with my bathtub which was really clogged up and needed it fixed. I called a few places just to compare their quotes and the quote Avi gave me. I was really surprised how much cheaper his price quote was. So I called Avi a day before to confirm for the following day. Avi came on time and communicated with me well on both days and he went straight to work. He said it will not drain with the snake and thus I would need to replace my old metal pipe to a new abs plastic one. This required a lot of work. He had to crawl underneath my house to cut out the old metal pipe and put the plastic one in. I was watching him the whole time and he is very meticulous with his work. I turned on the shower and faucet to make sure it was draining properly and was very pleased with the work plus he did it for an affordable price. Avi has also fixed my toilets when they wouldn't flush, my kitchen sink when they were clogged, my bathroom sink when it wouldn't drain, my washing machine when it wouldn't drain properly as well my water heater when it was leaking (saved me a lot of money on that one) or else I would have to buy a new one which is over $1,000. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear.
