Tender Hearts has truly been a lifesaver for our family…read more This past summer, my mom was having a very difficult month, and I knew we needed help, but I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I went in and spoke with Patty, and from the very first conversation she put me completely at ease. She took the time to explain how Tender Hearts works, how flexible and responsive their system is, and reassured me that they are there for families at any given moment, depending on what your needs are. We immediately felt comfortable and supported. For a period of time, my mom was able to be on her own again, but unfortunately she later suffered a stroke. Since then, she has required around-the-clock care, which has been provided primarily by Tender Hearts. Every step of the way, they have handled everything from long-term care coordination to scheduling...making an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. At first, I'll admit they seemed a little expensive. But I can say without hesitation: you get exactly what you pay for. The caregivers they've matched with my mom have been nothing short of amazing. Each person has been thoughtful, capable, compassionate, and a perfect fit for her. We have genuinely loved every single caregiver who has come into our home. The greatest gift Tender Hearts provides is peace of mind. When you're navigating tough times with aging parents, the burden on the kids can feel overwhelming and Tender Hearts truly takes that weight off your shoulders. Thank you to Patty and the entire Tender Hearts team for everything you've done for our family. You have made an immeasurable difference, and we are endlessly grateful!!!

My Father was not always easy to get along with during the last months of his life. He was understandably distraught and did not want to be taken care of even though he desperately needed the help. Tender Hearts was understanding and accommodating though all the difficulties. Someone always answered the phone no matter when I called day or night and the would change the scope of his care on a dime. No hassle just yes of course, whatever you need every step of the way. Thank you Tender Hearts so much for caring so much of the weight during the last months of my father's life. I will always be grateful.

After his COVID hospitalization, my father, in his 90's, needed full-time care. Through a referral, I contacted Mom's Home Care, and within a week they had arranged round-the-clock coverage with exceptional caregivers. The caregivers were reliable, compassionate, and attentive, providing outstanding care for my father. The case manager handled all logistics seamlessly, ensuring continuous coverage during vacations, illnesses, and unexpected situations. She was also a valuable source of practical advice throughout the process. As my father's dementia progressed, the team adapted to his changing needs and continued to provide excellent care all the way through to the end of his life including hospital stays and hospice care. Beyond the care itself, they were a calming and comforting presence for my father and gave me peace of mind when I wasn't there. Their care allowed my father to remain at home, which meant everything to our family. Thank you Mom's Home Care.

It was a stressful time as you can imagine. There are a lot of care decisions that need to be made and I had very little experience to fall back on. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Mom's Home Care. On that initial call they did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering our questions. Their guidance was invaluable and the care team they assembled was great. Thankfully, my dad is on his way to making a full recovery. The Mom's Home Care team was instrumental in making this possible.

In October of 2022 my grandfather was abandoned by his wife and other children and was committed to this facility. He received tremendous amount of abuse, neglect and trauma from this other children, wife and "medical professionals" when he was under this facility's "care" I went to visit my grandfather after he was abandoned here with my mom to see how he was and what we came upon was truly what I can say a loss in humanity. My grandpa was TIED to his wheelchair with multiple bruises on his hands and arms.... He started crying when he saw us due to wanting to go use the restroom for over an hour. I inquired about why he was restrained to his wheelchair and his "nurses " stated he was a "flight risk" (mind you... my grandpa couldn't even walk much more than a few steps due to his medical restrictions that made it very painful for him to walk much) I then proceeded to remove his restraints... clearly upset and frustrated with the lack of care and compassion for the elderly or disabled at this facility. I went to speak to another nurse who was supposed to be a "head nurse " and inquired about the restraints again and she said that my grandpa was a "fall risk" I don't get it... which one is he? When I brought up what the other nurse stated she was trying to gaslight and manipulate the situation to both where I then questioned why they had other patients tied to a railing with their wheelchairs (there were 2-3 other people who were tied to the railing while sitting in their wheelchairs). If you live and value your family and elderly individuals in your home please do not let them come here... take the extra time and research and drive that extra 20 min to see them instead of bringing them here. My grandfather has passed since his stay here... he passed on my birthday and I will forever be grateful that he chose such a beautiful day to leave this world and become my angel. RIP grandpa 3/2023 I hope this place gets shut down or in some Miracle they hire compassionate individuals who actually care for the elderly and disabled.
