I was blown away by your service. I requested 2 moving helpers to move all of the contents from a 10x20 storage unit to my new home. Von and Troy were very professional, friendly, FAST and efficient. We had some pretty heavy things but Troy and Von NEVER complained and continued working with smiles and a great sense of humor. They were both very respectful of me, my family and my property. Once we arrived at my home, they not only unpacked everything but they also took everything upstairs and placed them in the rooms that they belong. They were very careful to not run into or scrape any walls. They also carefully removed a door from it's hinges to get an oversized desk into a room. This was our third time using High Tech Movers in the last 18 months and I am very thankful to the team (Juan, Chris, Sherman & Chuck). They handled 3 flights of stairs like champs and never complained. Juan was an excellent leader of the team and a hard worker! It is difficult to move items without having any damage but we had packed the items well and gave careful instructions about pieces that needed extra care - the previous team also carefully loaded the POD and used blankets to prevent damage. It took them 2 hours and all went smoothly - no problems! High Tech also sent 4 movers instead of the 3 I had paid for. I feel as though they are always well prepared especially when they have information about the stairs, the load and the Louisiana summer heat. Remember to tip your movers when they do a great job....it's hard work! Worth every penny! read more

Our 3 movers were absolutely incredible! They were friendly, made the process fun, kept us motivated, and remained hard working from the moment they arrived. My entire family enjoyed them and appreciated the helping hands to do the heavy lifting and stacking. The moving team was great! I thought I had requested they wear masks, but I must have overlooked this issue. But the first thing they asked was if they should wear masks. Your experienced team of movers were extremely fast in both loading and unloaded our pods. They were careful with all of our antique furniture and we didn't have any damage of any kind. We hired a 2 person crew to help us load a 16 ft pod. The two professional guys arrived 15 mins early! We did a quick walk thru and they went right to work. Everything we needed loaded was done within the 2 hr window. The team knew what they were doing, they quickly dissembled our furniture, carefully wrapped everything and loaded the pod precisely . The movers showed up on time even though they had several other moves that day. We were worried that it wouldnt all fit in our truck, but they managed to get everything in and in a timely manner. High Tech Movers did an amazing job moving our 3 bedroom house. We had to reschedule twice due to complications with our closing, and we even added a third mover at the last minute. They handled all of the changes, worked extremely hard, and even stayed around longer to make sure we were all moved in and beds were assembled.
