I took my Jeep to get an amp wired. needless to say I had to pull the power wire off because it was on the exhaust manifold and melted. then as I'm taking the amp off I see they just cut the wires to fit in the am. I mean I expected at least put some end connections. Last but not least the bass knob was put near the cup holders. My cup holders don't clip back FML. I Should have done it mysel. These people don't take pride on their work and charge a good price. I could just take it back and see if they could fix it but I don't want to waste time it should of been done right the 1st time read more

I've gotten my truck done by them back when they were at the old shop and it was good never had any problems and when they opened the new shop I came back but already my first experience wasn't great some stuff on my car wasn't working had to bring it back twice and they finally fixed it that already should of been a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt well I came back to do some upgrades on my amp and door speakers I even explained to Carlos what I wanted I waited for about 3 hrs & he said it's ready but yet none of my door speakers were changed out just the amp so he then says he'll fix it calls me again and says its ready just for them to only change out 1 speaker and then cause some more problems to come up on my dashboard . Honestly idk wtf happened to them but I would not recommend this place anymore 2/10 read more

They do the work right but don't know how to listen to what the customer wants. You tell them you want something at a certain placement and they go and place it somewhere else and don't cover the hole they made the first time of the place you wanted it. If something can't be done then say so. Don't just say yes or ok and not do what the customer wanted. Let the customer know first before working on their vehicle. read more

Let's start by saying that I gave this business a 5 star rating the first time I did a review for a system they installed in another car 6 months ago. Now on my Cadillac they rushed me out of their store because they were about to close and left my window cracked. When I brought it to the manager's attention he stated that he had to look at the cameras. How in the hell can a camera catch someone breaking a glass while removing a door panel to install door speakers. He basically is saying that I am lying. Why would I pay $650 to wire up my car for a system with a broken damn window. Knowing that the pressure from the system would shatter the glass being that its broken. That wouldn't be a wise decision. To add insult to injury the bass amp wasn't tuned AT ALL!!! My head unit was on the same settings that I had it set to with the factory system. I have been tuning my own Amp because that is terrible customer service. Keep in mind it's been 5 days and I talked in person to 2 managers that took my number down AT TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND NEITHER HAS CALLED ME BACK! UNACCEPTABLE wait times. 4 1/2 hours for a stereo and 4 door speakers...in a small car! (They told me 2 hours) They disabled steering wheel controls and other built-in options WITHOUT ANY WARNING. When asked, their response was "do you have another $150???" They'll say and do ANYTHING to get the sale. STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE. Came thru in a 2012 Freightliner - semi truck. Loved the same day service & installation, the equipment, the sound - very happy. I tipped the installer $20 afterwards. Then I got in the truck & saw the floor covered in wire shavings? Man, there was a broom & dustpan in arms reach. I keep a clean truck, it's my HOME when I'm on the road. Come on man. Had this place install my amp and 4 door speakers. Sounded great and worked great for about 2 months. Then wires started coming loose, corroding out because they use the absolute CHEAPEST wires known to man I'll post pictures. When I took door panels off I seen the speakers half hanging out with only one screw holding them. The amp fell off where they mounted it and the positive and negative wires were wrong. Go down to all star car audio! Much better quality their. I'll post pictures. read more

After paying a decent amount of money for new speakers for our car. We thought this place would do a great job. We had to return twice! They scratched our interior and said they would fix it. They did not looks like they used a damn sharpie. The speakers sound awful even after they supposedly adjusted them. There were wires exposed on both sides of the door frame. Just over all poor job for the price we paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We decided not to give them another chance to fix there screw ups if they can't done it right the first time!! Its a great place and they do there job pretty good. As for prices and as for time saving. It isnt that great. I wouldve gave it 4 stars for having my rims ordered and installed in a decent time frame. However, i think because i got a credit account with them they charged me an arm and a leg for it. And one employee there(a female) seems to think when it comes to business, or trying to make money for the company they work for, its time to laugh or joke around. Im sure she was probably laughing about me getting overcharged for something that shouldve cost half of what im paying for. Anyway, besides that i would recommend going to check it out. Worst place to put a leveling kit on couldn't even align my truck after wards took 2 days had to sit in the waiting room for 6 hrs and my truck was still not fixed right they said it was my fault for not knowing my tie rods were shot and that was the reason the truck couldn't get aligned... mined you it was 150 for the alignment that i didnt get back read more

They have an ok selection of stereo systems and speakers. We got the factory original in our 98 Pontiac Grand Prix replaced with a Pioneer system. The wait was pretty lengthy but the finished product was great. Customer service is good, they are respectful and listen to what you need without trying to push features that you don't want. They leave the old stuff in your car after uninstalling it, but I think it's just as a means to prove that it was replaced. They've never delivered a bad product with both cars I've brought here. read more

I had them put a sound system in my truck and I am extremely happy with what they did. Didn't expect it to sound as good as it dose.

The guy I was talking to was so rude he had a very rude tone but something they did good is on my radios.

This place is a front for professional work. Yes the will get your system hooked up but fast sloppy. The techs don't care about tuning your system radio or amps no gauging or fine tuning before you leave. They plugged my 4 channel and said I was good to go started to leave and turned up the volume with no sound from brand new quality inside speakers. The guy at the front had to look at it. Shouldn't that have already been taken care of by the tech that installed it??? Unfortunately now I have to go get my system "touched up" after they installed my equipment. I came with most everything that was needed but still was charged an arm and a leg for the service that will now needs servicing. I am now stuck wanting to take it somewhere else and wash my hands of this place, but they owe me a free fix. I will not return to them and I wouldn't advise anyone else to go here either. My thoughts EXACTLY I went to get a system put in my Jeep and I got approved for credit with them....Big mistake they overcharged me almost double than what I should have been charged for a pos system after they told me they where gonna take good care of me and install nothing but the best LOL! THEY SAW ME COMING since im a woman with no real knowledge of audio systems they installed a Pioneer stereo which is pretty good but then they gave me a cheap ass Planet Audio amplifier 2 10 inch professional kickers in a box and I don't know if they wired it wrong but I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it they charged me $1,400! I've already taking it back once and they replaced the amplifier with another one identical to the one I already had because my system sounds like shit and it keeps on turning off and they said it must have been a faulty amp but I keep on having the same problems and it's the amp that they gave me this time sounds even shittier than the first one!!! I plan on going back tomorrow and see if they'll fix this shit if not I've already talked to the bank that financed the system and they said that if it's not fixed this time I can stop payment... I went to another place that install stereos and they said that the system that I have installed should not have cost me more than $750 and I like I said I was charged $1,400 so almost double than what it was worth read more

Horrible place, don't waste yo time and money here. Had some LEDs placed in my g35 where your feet go and one side wasn't done correctly and ended up falling off. Went back to see if they could fix the wiring and make sure it didn't fall off and they didn't do shit about it. Be smart and go somewhere else read more

First off, I drove 2 hours down to Houston as I was trying to find a place to do window tint, everyone I contacted was either rude or had a 2 to 3 week waiting list, I contacted David at JD high tech auto told me to come on down, arrived at about 1030am I was in by 11am, I ended up having them install all windows with tint, navigation system, subwoofer and amp, they did a perfect job and was done by 3pm!! *** My experience *** We had 4 head rest TV's installed last November. At the beginning everything was o.k. Well it wasn't until we got ready to travel that the issues began. We do not use this specific vehicle very often so it wasn't until a couple of months later that we noticed that the TV's were coming on and off and there was no sound out of two of the TV's (purchased at the Fuqua location). When we got back from our trip we immediately took it back to them since the TV's were under warranty. They claimed they would look at it and get it fixed for us. A day later they called and said it was ready. Well the problem was not fixed and to tell you the truth it didn't look like they had even looked at. So we ended up taking it back this time they weren't so nice and seemed a little frustrated they kept the vehicle over night again and clamed it was fixed. This time though they left the wires exposed and the TV's were still not working. We called the manager at that store and he was full of excuses. So we decided to take it to another one of there stores (college location). We now have taken it back three more times and we still have the same problem. Now no one seems to know what the problem is. Asked to speak to the owner and of course he is on vacation. This place is just full of excuses but always ready to take your money. Good thing I paid with a credit card because we are now going through a dispute with them. Hopefully it gets taken care of. read more
