Staff was super knowledgeable which ended up saving me additional money. Install was clean and the sound is perfect. I was so impressed I actually left a tip. Aside from car washes I've never tipped for anything car related. I believe this is a newer establishment so I wish nothing but the best for these guys. They earned my business for years to come.

Not only the driver side but also my passenger side. My husband took it back. So there I go again picking up my SUV and still was not fixed right. She told me that it looks like I took the panels off to see the speaker. Wth! Why would I want to do that? Anyway, if u want your stuff done right I suggest not taking it here.

Mike, Miguel, and Martin, (M3) were able to get my alignment in when BrakeCheck could not do it,…read moreafter I had my 2013 Scion TC lowered on Tein S. Techs. I wish I was informed that BrakeCheck only does OEM spec alignment and such prior to shelling out the cash. Mike's team were very informative in explaining how the process works when it came to lowered vehicles. I had a chance to strike a conversation with each of the guys and they all had interesting history prior to working at CVT, which made getting the know the person whom is working on your car, a more personal experience. They not only remove the camber from the rear, but were able to bring it close to factory spec, and warranty it for 3 months(Martin). These guys are very hands on, and have turned a passion into their profession. Kudos, Martin, Miguel, and Mike for doing what other alignment shops could not. I will return and even suggest you to my friends, and students as well.

Multiple services done here…read more What do these people NOT do here? They are mostly an exhaust shop but also are in the fancy with customizing your rides with air bags, lifting, lowering you name it. You'll be a little skeptical in the area where you'll find them but once you see them at work you know that it's the heart of the work ethics that count. I came for a quote after my local stealership wanted to charge me $2,200 to change out my catalytic converters and o2 sensors and got a quote for less than half of that price. Very informative and helpful in guiding to where and how you might want your car. Parking is a nightmare, but you'll be guided on where to park. You can find them the next street over South of Little York on the East side of Airline. They are right on that corner, you'll see the muffler statues.

I noticed the reviews of this place are old. Currently, there is new ownership. I recommend anyone…read morewho was burned by this place before, go ahead and give it another try. My wife and I have been coming to Freedom Automotive for a few years. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. I can't recommend any other place above Freedom Automotive

They were able to work with me over the phone to determine that the windshield needed replacing, ordered the part, and gave me a reasonable timetable for repair. I brought the car by first thing on a Monday morning, they lent me a service loaner, and I headed to work. I came back on my lunch break and picked my car up promptly with no issues. I probably ended up paying a bit more than I could have somewhere else, but the service was good enough to be worth it.

I dropped my car of an hour later (Saturday). Monday morning my car was ready for pick-up. When I received the bill it was exactly what was quoted over the phone (car runs great so far too). This place is excellent. I feel very lucky to have an honest and reliable mechanic within walking distance if anything should happen again. The mechanics aren't up to date with newer vehicles and just do a sloppy job. My engine mount had broken and broke a couple parts on the way down and instead of ordering new parts and replacing them which is what they charged for. Update 17Jul2026: The sales manager, MyLinh Salazar,…read morecontacted me saying that I was a valued customer and had indeed purchased multiple vehicles at this location. Lexus would take care of my windshield replacement. Maybe they do care about their customers? MyLinh promised me that she would let the service department know and I just needed to schedule service with them. Everything would be on my file. Welp, I texted the customer service line to schedule an appointment; the same line I use to schedule vehicle services. Ana couldn't figure out how to schedule and kept deferring. She first told me that they would arrange for a manager to call me; which they did, and I explained the situation. Ana finally said she can schedule my appointment and to find a date/time that works. Once I provided that information, there way a 2-day delay. She told me she needed to talk to her colleague and they'll get back to me as soon as possible. That was June 2nd.. no response via that text line to this date. Skip forward a week or two, I decided to call the service department directly. I explained the situation, gave them MyLinh Salazar's name and that I would like to schedule a complimentary windshield replacement. Easy peasy.. I got in the books and was scheduled for June 10th at 8am. I came in to drop my vehicle off and they set me up with a loaner fairly quickly, with the understanding that they would call me in a few hours when my vehicle was done. I asked them this question specifically and this was the exact response. 4pm rolls around and I'm curious why they haven't called or provided any updates. I never received a text from the service team, which is abnormal, so I called the service line directly. My service provider called me back and told me they were still waiting for the parts. Why did they schedule a windshield replacement appointment and never order a windshield! Wtf?! So I wasted 2 days of them just keeping my car cause they didn't have the parts to do the job. Austin finally confirmed they didn't get everything in until Friday morning, June 12th. My vehicle was not ready until very late Friday, around 5:30-6pm. I opted to pick up my vehicle Saturday, June 13th, 3 full days later. I'm not sure what's going on with this dealership or their service department. It was a really bad experience, on top of a really bad sales experience (see below) the last 2 vehicles. 18May2026: One of the shadiest businesses I've ever worked with. I've purchased 3 vehicles here over the years and each time, the experience gets worse. My first vehicle was about 10 years ago when Sterling McCall Lexus actually cared about giving stellar customer service, but I've seen this mentality decrease over the years.. maybe due to demand but it's completely unacceptable. I bought my 2nd vehicle during covid and had to wait for it to arrive from Japan. The negotiations felt like a "bait and switch" experience, where they say one thing and come out with completely something different on paper. Luckily we read behind the lines and called them out on it before the documents were complete. This last time was a year ago, and it was with Finance. Again, a sought after vehicle. I had a deposit down and thought it was weird they took my deposit and didn't call me with the vehicle of my choice, over a year later. This dealership wouldn't give you your position # on the waitlist. When I absolutely needed a vehicle due to an unexpected accident, they magically came up with something in production that would arrive within a month. I purchased a windshield replacement option and they told me I could be covered for tires and windshield. I have documentation that the small print about the windshield replacement having a restriction of under 6" was never disclosed. That is, until I called and had to use it. No information about taking a photo with a ruler, or size restriction; the whole package was a scam. Anything less than 6" is not a windshield replacement, just a small chip repair through Caltex. Shady business all around, from sales to finance.
