We did this all remotely (never visited the showroom to look at the piece; just viewed the choices online) and Gordon was an amazing one-man support team, guiding us expertly through the choice of product, the stain we wanted to apply and the best finish (urethane coating) for the job. He even stopped staining the piece when the color we chose was not matching the piece of old furniture we dropped off as a sample and suggested the perfect alternative stain. Gordon was in constant communication during the building, shipping and delivery planning processes. And he and his partner were super friendly and efficient when making the delivery. But the best part: this dresser is ROCK solid. It has a simple but elegant look. Every seam, every drawer bracket, every surface is flawless. The drawers glide open and closed super smoothly, without any wobble or play. They close securely with a tiny extra push. And the smell of that fresh wood...exquisite. A natural freshener. This ain't your cheap Ikea furniture, folks. Nothing wrong with that, if that's what suits your taste and budget. But the cost is absolutely worth it for Wood You. He also gave us a nice discount on the frame and explained the warranty and their return policy on bedding thoroughly. The mattress was delivered on time and professionally by 3 experienced employees. They were polite, very clean and quickly had our new bed in place. They asked if we had any concerns or general questions about the new set up and were out in less than 45 minutes. So this time I did the same this but planned my travel back westbound to stay in the single right lane to enter the roadway next to the business. There are exactly two parking spaces against the building. So glad I was able to stop at this place. Such a unique outdoor showroom of ever type of wood furniture known to man including, teak, drift wood and polished wood. Aside from the wood furniture there was a giant talking parrot saying hello to customers and guarding the showroom. My favorite pieces were the turtle, horses, alligator and the multi-colored Key West style distressed wood table and benches. Not sure the price of the masterpieces but it can't be cheap.
