The mattress was delivered on time and professionally by 3 experienced employees. They were polite, very clean and quickly had our new bed in place. Furniture in general you can find anywhere in Miami, but I write this review because I found spectacular pieces there, seriously contemporary beauties that i hadn't seen (very innovative), prices, customer care and hospitality in High Style, i felt were unique. You walk in the store and see marvelous pieces of furniture spread around in different ambients. They seem to have a technique, and to understand the customer who is just walking in, THEY LET U BREATHE; they don't chase you around, forcing you to feel uncomfortable. I was looking to furnish my dining room, and so I did. The prices are actually lower than any other place I visited. I did not only furnish my didning room with them, but decided to return the bed I had bought at another store earlier that week, because High Style's "in-stock" rate and availability, as well as fast delivery was greatly a positive factor. I was even served with coffee and at times they offered cake or cookies, things they would buy accross the street to make feel at home or in a comfortable and unique, shopping environment. After sleeping on them for several weeks, both my wife and I concluded they were not the right comfort level for us. I experienced persistent hip and lower-back pain as a side sleeper, and my wife also found the mattresses too firm. When we returned to exchange them for another Tempur-Pedic model, we were informed that we were not eligible for the comfort exchange because we had declined to purchase CITY Furniture's mattress protectors at the time of sale. I want future customers to understand the significance of that decision. The mattress protectors were offered as an additional purchase costing approximately $80 to $300 per mattress. At the time, we viewed them as optional accessories. We did not realize that declining them would eliminate our ability to exchange mattresses worth several thousand dollars under the store's comfort exchange program. Whether you agree with this policy or not, it is an important detail that every customer should clearly understand before completing a mattress purchase. Had we fully appreciated that an additional purchase of up to several hundred dollars could determine whether we could exchange more than $5,000 worth of mattresses, we would have made a different decision.
