During the interview she was the perfect blend of professional, personal, and understanding to our specific situation. She was honest about what we could expect to be of interest to buyers and things of specific value. During the process she regularly communicated at milestones of the project and did not hesitate to ask questions if she was not certain how we would want her to handle things. My mom had a lot of knick knacks and not a lot of valuable furniture or antiques. The sale still managed to earn enough to cover the emptying and clean out of her place without us needing to make a trip back there. Afterward, she provided the receipt book from the sale and a check for the balance that was left over. Tara and her crew are lovely hard working people with integrity. FL, and have no local contacts, we found Tori thru the internet having searched for an honest individual w/ a good reputation who would do both the estate sale and cleanout. Tori was the person we hired after a meeting via Zoom. We also met her IRL when we went to FL prior to the actual sale. Tori was equipped to not only do the sale, she also would dispose of the post-sale remaining items via consignment, donation, auction and landfill as appropriate. Tori's marketing, actual 2-day sale and final dispostioning were done without any issues at all. Following the estate sale we received a lengthy receipt which accounted for everything. And, copies of receipts for donations are on the way to us too. Items on consignment will be sold over a period of time. Tori's fee is in line with other companies doing this work. I can't say enough about the professionalism and ease of communication with Tori who owns Cubed Consign & Cleanout. She and her team did a wonderful job. And - for those of us who live far away and maybe have strong emotional attachments to things to be sold - I don't think you can find a better way to handle this process. Before I found Elizabeth, a couple of the movers/packers that I used, hired men with prison tattoos and records to match. My only regret is that I did not find Elizabeth sooner because I really suffered going through everything without her, although the comparison really makes me appreciate her that much more. Call her as soon as you know need to move or even if you just want to do a Spring cleaning to clear out your extra stuff. Elizabeth and her team helped me expertly pack up, sort out, clear out and sell over 45 years of possessions from a huge family with an over 10,000 square foot home. She uses selling platforms and specialist vendors for collections such as coins and stamps. It is very burdensome to use charities such as Salvation Army and Vietnam Veterans as they don't box up and were capricious about accepting my donations, plus it is all at your own time and expense. With Elizabeth, I am getting paid for my things. Charities will not pay you or pack up your things. With Elizabeth, everything was, "no problem." She is honest and has been sending me payments as my items sell. It is pleasant and feels safe to have her working in your home. I give her my highest recommendation and will be using her services to scale down even more and to help me unpack and organize in my new and much smaller home. I do not believe in throwing out perfectly useable items and making unnecessary contributions to land fills. Save the environment, promote reuse, and get paid for your stuff. Plus, packing is time consuming and physically debilitating, Elizabeth and her team were just wonderful. I am grateful to have found her.

A little later, I overheard an employee telling another customer that the same item was going to be sold to them instead. When I questioned it, I was told that the other customer had made an appointment the day before, even though I also had an appointment and had already claimed the item in person. That made no sense and felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional. If items are not actually available to the first customer who finds and holds them, that should be clearly communicated upfront. The way this was handled was unfair, poorly managed, and left a very bad impression. I will not be attending this company's sales again.
