They are at all price points. Quite a few are on the pricier side. I was able to find a mattress that was not at the high or low end. I would say it is midway and I am happy with it. I sleep well and am i.pressed with the speed of delivery. The delivery men were respectful of my home and were careful. They also arrived within the promised timeframe. Overall, this was a great experience.

I purchased a full sized set (mattress and box spring) for a 13-year-old. I was in the process of moving and had the new mattress sent to my new apartment to be set up so that I wasn't moving it myself. They out sourced the delivery guy - and he put the bed together and I made a comment that the mattress was larger than the box spring and he said the mattress would "fluff up" and this was "normal." I should've refused the delivery right there! It is a very comfy memory foam mattress but there was at least an inch extra on every side of the box spring. A full-size mattress should fit on a full sized box spring. The only thing in that room was a bed and the tv. We never moved it from the place the guy put it. Barely 24 hours after we got the bed there, and after only 1 night of sleeping on it, there was a loud crack and the box spring broke. The company was closed on Sunday so I called them Monday morning. I called and spoke with Irina, who told me I couldn't have a refund, all sales were final. She also said I should've done my "due diligence" to know that the mattress/box spring didn't match because they didn't buy the box spring from the manufacturer, they used a generic full sized box spring. She said it wasn't her job to tell me that. My receipt said "set" not generic box spring that won't fit the mattress... The said that in order for me to get a replacement box spring (which they promised they would have delivered first thing Tuesday Morning, I would have to pay for 1/2 of the delivery cost, or I could come pick up the box spring myself, or I could go through the manufacturer. They were being nice and handling the exchange so I didn't have to talk to the manufacturer. . When I said the box spring didn't fit the mattress, it was sold as a set, they wanted me to measure the box spring and the mattress. They should know the dimensions of the mattress/box spring they sold. So after several calls back and forth, a guy from the place called me to tell me their manufacturer sent the wrong box spring. I told him right then and there that I had found the website for the BBB and was I was reporting them. I was tired of the runaround. I did get a call back from them - and eventually, after hours and hours of aggravation, they refunded the money for the box spring and the frame. They were willing now to eat the entire cost of delivery They also gave me the option of a refund on the box spring and the frame. I chose the refund. I asked when their delivery person would be coming to pick the two items up and was advised that "it wasn't worth the money for them to pick up those items and I could just dispose of them." In her reply to my BBB complaint Irina made it sound like they were helpful on the phone but it wasn't until I said I was putting in a complaint did they say that they would refund my money. I updated my dispute since they did refund a small portion of my money but I wouldn't buy from them again. I wound up ordering a frame from amazon with great ratings and haven't had an issue. I'm pretty sure that she won't be happy with this review. The fact that they did finally return some of my money is the reason she got 2 1/2 not 1 star - but the service wasn't even worth a 3. That and the fact that she blamed me in her response to the BBB for "breaking it myself" when she never even sent anyone out to look at the box spring to see why it broke. I will say that the pillows we got there were fantastic - and if the service was better, I would've gone back to buy more... but I won't shop there again, and I won't recommend this place to others.

According to public records, it's more than 11,000 square feet. Plenty of room to hold a substantial amount of inventory. This looked promising. And just before Christmas the prices should be good. All signs looked good. And then we went in. I was quite underwhelmed by what I saw. They have beds set up all across the showroom, and on each bed is a small (underscore that word) selection of comforters and/or bedding sets that will fit that particular mattress. This was a nice layout, as it allowed you to find exactly the size you needed without wasting your time with sizes that won't fit. But the selection was beyond pitiful. They had blue comforters, studded with flowers. They had one that was blue-ish with a geometric pattern that was fairly nice, but not anything that would make you say, "Wow!" Mostly they had pretty drab bed coverings. The salesman was very nice. He was there to answer questions but did not pester us. I appreciate that. I don't like being followed like I'm the victim of a stalker, or a potential shop-lifter, so that was refreshing. Had I been in the market for a mattress, this review might have been better, but their selection of bed coverings is too meager to warrant anything higher than two stars.

The delivery was made by a contractor in an unmarked truck... neither deliveryman spoke a word of English. They called me from my communities' front gate and I could not communicate to them. They could not understand how to get by the gate (by entering a series of numbers... even when I read them in Spanish). Once in my townhouse, they could never explain anything. After they left, I struggled to register the warranty. The serial numbers were supposed to be attached to the mattresses; I saw never saw any. I later saw two long numbers on stickers (serial numbers, I assumed) pasted on the warranty page. Of course, I didn't know which number pertained to which mattress... and one number was a couple of digits longer than the other. Is this the service for which one spends so much money? And for the record, I tipped them $25 each.... it wasn't their fault, it's the fault of Mattress Firm. last note: In my haste to put on my flip-flops and drive out to the gate to assist them, I slipped and fell on my tile (see image...).
