I got a Thai Veggie Curry and a Thai Chicken Curry and shared them with another person. Both were excellent, quite tasty, and well prepared. The veggies were so fresh and delicious and still had some crunch to them. The rice was equally delicious and what I appreciated most was the curry was light and the dish wasn't swimming in a soupy mess... it was all nicely coated Everything is sustainable, organic and containers recyclable. All good stuff. The portions were quite adequate and at $14 per meal I thought it was worth it. The only criticism I have is they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, although not terribly busy. The meat was not only cooked perfectly, but the spices were perfect. The meat was not dry at all, and it was a good mix of spices and just the right amount of cilantro. There were some grilled red onions, that added a nice sweetness. I've never had red onions on my tacos, but from now on, they will be the go to. The tacos were served with salsa Verde. It had the right amount of spice and tartness. Probably from tomatillos. There was also sour cream on the side. Delicious and presented well. I recommend trying them the next time you go skiing.
