I was solo that evening and she really made me feel welcomed and at home, taking me around to meet all the staff. She showed me High Society is a not only a lounge but also a gallery space, which I did not know prior to visiting. The featured gorgeoussss art highlights local Detroit artists and is changed regularly. Bartender was so friendly, accommodating and every drink was well-crafted with a very nice pour. DJ was jamming old-school R&B. I danced (in my seat) all night! Prices were great, especially that I was able to take advantage of happy hour. Food was being served off the grill out back but I didn't need any. The crowd was 35+ and every person that walked in the building came to have a good time.
