We sat and waited 2 hours for the tow truck until we finally gave up and went home and called the company to see what happened. He informed us he was there at 8am and went to the wrong adress despite what the noted from the insurance company said. When the vehicle wasnt there he just left. Made no attempt to contact us or anything. While on the phone he informed me it was not his problem the car was still sitting there. He made the drive so wether he towed the car or not he was getting paid. He was rude and started yelling at me on the phone. I would never hire this company as a tow company. They charge for services they do not complete and when asked or questions get rude nasty and say they will block your number.

I received a call from the driver, Jake, within minutes. Truck was on scene within 30 minutes (we are in north country,) and my vehicle was out and driving within minutes. Excellent, speedy service and friendly driver. While I hope not to need them again, would happily use Interstate again.
