I had called the "local" number and spoke to a man about a state inspection for my truck. He told me (at 10:30 AM) that his inspection guy was there till 12. I said I could be there in 15 to 20 minutes. would that be OK. He said yes, and there was currently a 20 minute wait. I asked him if he was actually at the location, because it sounded like a call center. He said yes this is the Maple Avenue location. He was lying and I wasted my time going there because when I arrived, I was told there was no one available that day to do inspections, and they had not received any calls yet that day. Thank God I didn't drive a half hour to get there, and was able to go to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection. I will never use Valvoline again.

I wish I could give this location negative stars, it really should be closed down. First off I have NEVER had to leave my car at any jiffy lube, normally you stay in your car as they perform the service. This helps so you can see what they are doing and ensures quick service. That's why I was SHOCKED (after a 30 minute wait in line) when they asked me to get out of my car and wait in their waiting room as they pull the car into the bay. I thought that was odd BUT then 45 minutes later! They called me up too tell me what's wrong with it. THEY DIDN'T EVEN START after 45 mins?!?!? Sooo waited another 30 mins and the car was finished. Adam and Dylan found the problem, patched my tire and gave me a new sensor in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in about an hour! The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and has a cold water dispenser so I was able to refill my water bottle. It was only $148 for the oil change, disposal of old oil few, new quarts of oil, labor, taxes!! Excellent value!! The owner is very personable, kind, and has a wry sense of humor! Great experience! I decided to get snow tires this year since I do so much driving for work. The…read moremanager was simply fantastic and she provided all relevant information and communicated appropriately about when the tires would arrive and how long it would take for them to get installed. I thought that my regular tires were pretty worn out and assumed that I would need a whole new set after I took off my "snowies". They said that my tires were in good condition and that I wouldn't need new ones right away. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that my tires were a mess so they could upsell me. They didn't do that. Clearly, this is an honest business with hard workers. The manager is very engaged and interested in making sure that customers are happy. I did not expect to have such a positive experience getting new tires. I will return in the future.
