They are so easy to talk to and when I have a problem with my cars, I either take my car to them (call them first because they have so much business) or have it towed by AAA (which has been done many times). I leave it, they check it out and when they find what the problem is, they call you to tell you and tell you the price. If you want it done, they will do it but they won't work on it until they get permission from you. I have a clear head when I take my cars to them. I don't worry about nothing. I bought a 1999 Honda Civic back in 2000 with 18,000 miles on it from John Lant who used to own the dealership there. After 297,000 miles, the guys could not do anything more for my car. Yes, it finally died with the original clutch in it. These guys don't work weekends. Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That is how good their business is. If you have a problem with your car, take it to Relia-Tech and put your mind at ease. They don't rip anyone off to make an extra buck. They don't work that way. They have been like this even before "social media" and we all know that it can make you or break you. Thank God they are only 10 minutes away from my house. But, they also fixed (or faked) other 'problems' that we didn't ask about, for a total cost five times what we expected going in! We took our car in for an A/C recharge and oil change. Somehow they decided we needed new wheel bearings ($$$), even though we weren't having any problems. We couldn't even tell that they actually did anything. When we came to pick up our car, Boyer's had drained the battery to the point where the dash wouldn't light up. We had never had a problem starting the car prior to this. So we had to leave it there. When they replaced the battery a week later, they not only charged us the full price for the problem they had caused, they also tacked on some small charges for other 'fixes' we hadn't approved. This included new headlamps (I happen to have checked the headlamps just before bringing the car in and they were working fine then) and adding oil (I guess they forgot they had just changed the oil!)
