Neil is great to deal with. Fast honest service. They replaced tires on my boat trailer and the quality was good and the price very fair.

The Tire Warehouse

My wife and I stopped at The Tire Warehouse as a tire on my truck developed a fast leak (seems…read morethere had been screw in my tire and it popped out in the boonies of the Adirondacks...). I pumped the tire up to 40 lbs and headed South on I-87 from the place I first noticed it low, and in 38 minutes exactly, the TPMS reported it low again. I could hear it leaking , so I put more air in, and high tailed it to the first tire shop I could find. Two nice ladies in a Sunoco station told me that The Tire Warehouse 3/4 of a mile down the road would get me fixed up. I pulled in, they wrote me up, quoted me $18.95 for a plug (cheap as it is twice that in MD where I live and was traveling back to). The guy who was working that task had a string plug in and all the tires topped to 40 lbs, to include the spare, in a bout 20 minutes. When I went in to settle-up, the gentleman behind the counter wouldn't let me pay, said just have a nice safe trip back home. I have to say, this kind of service is rare now-a-days, and people like this deserve your business. Hell, when my General Grabbers wear out in 20K miles, I might just drive 5 hours there to get them to replace the darn things! They took what could have been a disaster of many hours and a VERY late arrival back home, into a very positive experience.

Called my car "already broken". Had me talk to and take care of the tech directly about a tire…read morereplacement. I asked the tech a question if he was okay with it, and then was berated by the owner saying I pulled a quick one when he said I was taking care of the tech directly.

So our 2017 Jeep GC overheated 2 days ago(05/14/26). I found Auto Fix online, and contacted them…read moreimmediately. Made arrangements to bring it in the following day. Did that. Explained my situation and was told it could be done right away. Got an estimate of over $700, and even though I knew that was a bit on the high side for the job, I agreed to have it done. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call from them, that the job was done. $60 for a gallon of coolant/antifreeze, and I had just paid $25 for a gallon of recommended coolant. Of which, one gallon in, one gallon out. that's when I figured it was more than likely the waterpump. And, for the sake of an hour and a half, I got charged $240 for labor. At just over 2 hours worth of labor, how much are they charging for it? Seems like $120-$150/hour. And for a job that barely took an hour and a half, Hmmm!! Anyway, happy that they got my vehicle in immediately, but not happy with their pricing. 20 years ago, I could have done this job myself for well less than 1/2 of that. But considering I'm now in my 60's, just don't have what it takes(tools, facility, or physical condition to do it anymore. Never again. Tired of being legally robbed.
