My wife and I were rushed to buy a home shortly before our lease expired. It was very stressful to say the least. I called Dan, who is a friend from graduate school. He found several properties before we decided to make a bid on a home in Platte Park. We agreed to buy the home shortly after it appraised for over $35k more than the selling price, which made us very confident in Dan's ability to spot a great deal. Soon after, there were several setbacks and delays on the seller's end that caused a massive headache. Dan was diligent, to say the least, at making sure the home closed on time. Sure enough, he pulled through and we have since been very happy in our new home. We could not be happier with the service we received from Total Realty Advisors.

Wow, who hired this joker? Poor customer service is an understatement.

From identifying our…read moretarget property, building a direct relationship with the seller (their idea - which clearly paid off), navigating due diligence, negotiating healthy seller credits, they provided the guidance and experience needed to get this deal to the finish line. We put our first offer in back in July of 2023 and just closed in June of 2024. We submitted 7 offers during that time period, which was strategic and intentional. This persistence (which they were directly involved with) put us at the top of the list in the eyes of the seller. We had essentially written the deal off, but they refused to let us settle for a property that didn't fit our narrow buy box. I can't say much more about how fantastic Mike, Kenny and the entire team at Pinnacle were from start to finish. I would highly recommend working with them and hope to do several transactions with them for years to come.

I then reached out via email to their email address on the website of the space I wanted to lease. The email address came back as undeliverable. I then reached out and was put in contact with the "director of leasing" Daniel Foster. Immediately this guy has a bad attitude about not emailing me the requested information and prefers phone calls. I told him the space I was interested in and what I had ideas of doing with it (children's play space.) He got snobby when I said this would be my first business venture and refused to lease to me because I didn't fit in with "what they were looking for." When I asked what they were looking for he snapped "retail." Which is interesting because if you look around at the smaller shops of Larkridge, many of them (haute yoga, remax, AAA, Dance Space, etc. wouldn't be considered your typical "retail" stores," Anyways, Daniel gives off rude and unkind old man vibes who thinks he is better than everyone else and I hope this space stays vacant for the foreseen future.
