She commits herself to discovering your tastes and is definitely worth every cent you pay her. She's smart, classy, and most importantly honest. She is newer to the business (although doing amazingly well). We had to work through a couple challenges and I wonder if they would have went better had she had some more experience. Also in general I don't think Coldwell Banker is near as accommodating as Elisabeth is personally. I did get the feeling that Coldwell is more about the bottom line and less about service..both from conversations and actions when problems arose.

Since I was relocating from Los Angeles, most of his services necessitated that they be handled long distance. Yet, with only two quick trips by me to the Denver area prior to actually moving in, Joe handled the process quickly, smoothly, and with high respect from all parties. He was also able to provide me with strong recommendations for respectable service providers that assisted in the moving and settling into my new home.
