I then reached out via email to their email address on the website of the space I wanted to lease. The email address came back as undeliverable. I then reached out and was put in contact with the "director of leasing" Daniel Foster. Immediately this guy has a bad attitude about not emailing me the requested information and prefers phone calls. I told him the space I was interested in and what I had ideas of doing with it (children's play space.) He got snobby when I said this would be my first business venture and refused to lease to me because I didn't fit in with "what they were looking for." When I asked what they were looking for he snapped "retail." Which is interesting because if you look around at the smaller shops of Larkridge, many of them (haute yoga, remax, AAA, Dance Space, etc. wouldn't be considered your typical "retail" stores," Anyways, Daniel gives off rude and unkind old man vibes who thinks he is better than everyone else and I hope this space stays vacant for the foreseen future.
