I did find the excellent glass cleaner I was looking for!! Was a little pricey, but hey it's awesome glass cleaner!! You ask? What Glass Cleaner could I be talking about? Well here let me tell you what its called: Sprayway Glass Cleaner. Cleans streak free worlds best!! Enough of that! However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Very frustrating that there are still people that will put other people's health and lives at risk. I suppose if you're a COVID-19 denier or just somebody who refuses to wear a mask because you believe it infringes on your rights and freedoms, then this is the place for you.

So he re-ordered and was assured by staff someone would call him when they gates arrived, Another 2-3 weeks pass and when he received no phone call enquired again. Seems this order was also messed up. Coincidentally while I was in the store about a month ago a guy was upset because a roller toolbox he'd ordered was 6 weeks past the delivery date. Moral of the story, if it ain't on the shelves they can't get it for you. Obviously some serious management issues.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer questions and find stock VERY quickly. And my mother will ONLY buy paint from here because of how good they are! The only downfall is sometimes things can be a little pricey but in my opinion, the prices are worth the merchandise. I always have fun in this place and I do not really care much for hardware stores!!!
