I inquired late in the day on Monday to find out if the flowers would be delivered to the second sister and I was told that they didn't receive the order despite the fact that I had two screenshots confirming each individual order with each of their names. I'm not sure what happened here but not once did I receive an apology for the error. The flowers were, however, delivered to the second sister the following day. Both sent me photos of the bouquets that were delivered, and although the second delivery looked better than the first, neither looked nearly as nice as what was pictured on the website. Instead the flowers looked old, sloppy and thrown into a vase. This was my first time ordering from a Growers Direct and unfortunately it will also be my last.
