The tree was drowning and finally after 2 months and many emails they dug up the trees and enlarged the hole. One tree has blooms and the other a few curled up leaves. Absolute discordance between cashiers, sales team and delivery team, I was getting calls to schedule delivery for future dates when the plants I had purchased were already delivered. I requested a simple written care plan for the two plants I purchased ( spent over 500 CAD ),which they agreed to without any issues.
