Their website is happy to advertise a return policy only they don't say you have to pay for insurance on the plants for when they die. Be smarter than I was and don't spend your money with a garden center that has to do business this way. Any reputable center will always at the very least give you another plant. When I called to speak with someone about the dead shrub a woman with an accent was by far the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was not interested in making any attempt in trying to do the right thing, she was just smug and ignorant in telling me I had to buy insurance. I will never spend money here again and will go out of my way to stop anyone else from making the same mistake as me.

However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. We had them landscape our garden. They edged flowerbeds and put stones and flagstones where the…read moredownspouts drain. That was fine. But when they planted 2 apple trees, that's where they were inexperienced. We had told them when we were getting a quote that the ground was glacial clay with very little topsoil. They dug a hole in the clay just the size of the rootball. Not 2 times the size nor deeper which were the instructions on the tree tag. There was nowhere for the water to drain. We dug down after all the rain and a bucket full of water came out of the root ball. when they were planting the trees they never said... there maybe a problem because of the clay and we need to put more topsoil in. I emailed the staff and they said it would be ok, they never acknowledged that there was a problem. They did just what the quote said... which is fair. My suggestion is if you get a quote make sure you get them to write in your information about your garden. AND check on the crew regularly so you can catch things before they finish the job. The guys working were great but they were just the labours and had no landscaping experience.
