Their website is happy to advertise a return policy only they don't say you have to pay for insurance on the plants for when they die. Be smarter than I was and don't spend your money with a garden center that has to do business this way. Any reputable center will always at the very least give you another plant. When I called to speak with someone about the dead shrub a woman with an accent was by far the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was not interested in making any attempt in trying to do the right thing, she was just smug and ignorant in telling me I had to buy insurance. I will never spend money here again and will go out of my way to stop anyone else from making the same mistake as me.

However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. I requested a simple written care plan for the two plants I purchased ( spent over 500 CAD ),which they agreed to without any issues. It's been almost two weeks now and despite multiple prompts and calls,I am yet to get any care plan. Bottom line, stay away from this place, their plants are way over priced as well....
