The pump offered an option to get a car wash for $22, so I hit yes. Turns out the car wash was closed. So I went inside and asked for a refund. The attendant called manager Carlos. The attendant said that he couldn't give a cash refund from the register and that Carlos promised to refund my card the following week. 2 weeks later, no refund. So I called, and after 2-3 phone calls, finally talked to Carlos. Carlos claims he told the attendant to refund me from the register and the attendant "misunderstood." Fine, refund my card then. "No, I can't. It has to be cash." Ok, I don't want to drive for 2 hours, can you mail me the cash? "No." Ok, will you or your attendant drive for 2 hours to refund me, since it was your mistake? "No, why would I do that?" Because you messed up! Not me! Waste of my time, unprofessional, don't make it right when they mess up. I would not risk going here. Carlos is awful.

105 Tiburon Blvd Mill Valley, CA 94941…read more This is small Chevron station with a prime location right near the Highway 101 ramps. It's easy to get to, but a little harder to exit. Why? Steady flow of traffic coming from Tiburon / Belvedere. Doesn't appear to be a way to turn left and go east to Tiburon. (Note the RIGHT TURN ONLY sign). Anyway, I was there on the evening before July 4th. My job had me meet a coworker at this location. I got some pricey gas, and washed my windows. Very nice clean well stocked station. People were cool and friendly. I didn't use the restroom, so can't comment. Easy to get back on Hwy 101 North.

The first time, I went inside to get a drink and pay for gas, the cashier was playing a game on his phone at full volume and when I went to check out he said "hold on bro let me finish this" and I patiently waited about two minutes for the guy to finish his call of duty session. He then wandered over and checked me out without taking his eyes off of his phone screen (still playing the game) and when I asked to get a lotto ticket he said "sorry bro the machine isn't working today" I came back about a month later for gas, saw the inside was closed with a "back in 10 minutes" sign. The worker was sitting behind the counter playing on his phone, I knocked and he shrugged. Waited 10 minutes, same thing happened. It's a gas station. I'm not expecting 5 star service here, but these guys are perhaps the least useful employees I've ever seen.
