I approached Effren from High Profile Entertainment for a live broadcast service of my wedding ceremony. Because of COVID, my and my then fiancée's (now wife) parents couldn't attend the wedding. That's why the live streaming of the wedding was very important to us. We got HPE's reference from one of our friends whose wedding Effren covered. Although I knew that Effren did a really good job at my friend's wedding I didn't know how great it was. Effren personally is very friendly, professional, and hardworking, and this shows in his work. He went out of his way (literally!!) to find the internet speed at the venue, he made sure that we know all the options available. We wanted the best of the services and were on a budget, Effren and his team gave us custom options so that we get what we want. From the start of the discussion, Effren and his team were readily available for our questions and concerns. Effren even came to the venue with us just to tell us how he plans to set up the station, and it was great. The whole setup was hidden thus never came in the way of the photographer or the guests. The camera work was amazing as per the reviews from our virtual guests. Our parents felt like they were here with us. And that's all what we wanted.
