After reading the reviews, I called immediately and was able to schedule a next day appt! That was amazing! I went in and was seen by Dr Nolan! He probed around with questions and was able to figure right away and after some evaluation that I had a bulging disc in my lower back. It took him only 2 sessions to COMPLETELY heal me! JUST AMAZING! He got me up and going in 2 days and I was able to enjoy my trip and time out of the country. I am so grateful for honest and reliable Dr's like Dr. Nolan. He is my go to from now on. I told the front desk person I was injured. She took my insurance & ID. Then handed me 3 papers to fill out. I started filling it out left handed (I'm right handed) then a male nurse came & got me less than 2 minutes later. He took me to the room & filled out the papers for me (without being asked)... I thought that was so kind! I had an X-ray then a doctor came in & told me it's not broken and that my pain is in a odd place. She suggested that I tore my wrist ligament. They braced me and made an appointment for next week to talk to a surgeon to fix it. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The staff was so very polite. I highly recommend. If you are injured - this is the place to go!! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

We had had an amazing experience in the past with Complex Care for my youngest child before she…read morepassed. When we went in for my son we tried a new doctor. She told us she could handle my son's conditions even though they were complex. We were also supposed to be part of a pilot program. We were able to get help one time when he was ill, but other than that we were ghosted. When I asked for more support the provider was concerned because he was "complex". She claimed not to understand his conditions. What happened was she was giving incorrect information to his providers and probably confusing him with another patient. I asked to be transferred to another doctor in the department since my son was enjoying working with them. My son was discriminated against and not offered that option. His voice was not heard in his own health care needs. The provider was rude and told us he was "too complex" for complex care. She was quick to push us out of the system into another system against my son's wishes. I once again asked to see another doctor as all my "complex child" needs is a handicapped parking pass, someone for me to troubleshoot with, and to email doctors and a check in every six months. Which at the end of the day isn't asking a lot of this doctors and nurses in complex care. I am concerned we were pushed out due to the fact that we are a neurodiverse family and the provider didn't seem to be able to understand how to relate to us. My son is crushed. He is not really interested in the new provider and his trust in Gillette looking out for him is shattered. I attempted to reach out and explain again for him, but received a certified letter that bordered on being openly hostile to our family and disrespectful to people of diverse disability and ethnic backgrounds. I did not show him the letter. I don't know how to explain to him that he has been abandoned and that the only thing complex care knew how to do was bill our insurance. I wish the provider would have been honest from the beginning about not being able to handle my son's needs. It's OK to say "I don't know". She did attempt to get him palliative care services and we do appreciate that. We also will miss the nurse we had there as well. I do wish that Gillette would be more transparent with what they can do so people like my child don't get burned.

When we discussed our experience we commented on how thorough the first visit was. Before treatment began Nanette asked questions and did a variety of tests to determine what I needed. We probably spent 30 minutes before she even touched my neck! The office staff is friendly. I never waited more than 5 minutes. They worked to accommodate my schedule.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Taylor Meyers at the North Loop location. Dr. Meyers was incredible. She really listened to me and explained each part of her care. After a half hour of adjustments, I left feeling 5 years younger and 10 pounds lighter. I slept like a baby the night after my session and my back and knee pain were gone the next morning. I will definitely return to see Dr. Meyers. She is a skilled, knowledgeable, and amazing chiropractor.

So rather than write a fake review to satisfy Yelp's software awareness, even emailing me, I'll write a quick review based on two visits in the last ten years. There is a huge waiting area and people coming and going out of various doors. I was impressed with the staff's efficiency and warm friendly manner as we limp or crawl in for our high sprains or meniscus tear. Gotta love the multidimensional X-rays or perhaps a trip to the massive MRI center down the road. The specialists go into infinite detail on the scope of the injury and what to do going forward. So great, here's hoping I can go without injuring myself 220 miles out of town so I can really check in. Perhaps Yelp can find away to delete a faulty check in.
