UPDATE: the wet ash that this company delivered, even the logs that are inside my house, are not burning well a month after delivered. so i bought some other ash from a reputable businessman that will pick up the phone when I call and it has been burning great! They never showed up for my scheduled firewood delivery and didn't bother to call or reschedule. When they finally reached out a week later, the owner (Logan) was defensive and tried to shift the blame onto me instead of taking responsibility. Even worse, I later learned that the firewood they're selling may not be properly seasoned. High-moisture wood burns inefficiently, produces excessive smoke, and can cause creosote buildup -- which is a major chimney fire risk. Customers deserve to know what they're burning in their homes. Between the missed delivery, the attitude, and serious concerns about wood quality and safety, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for firewood.
