Dr. Williamson operates a very smooth-running practice. Every staff interaction I had (front desk, nurses, techs) was excellent and you can tell there's just good teamwork going on here. I made a special request for my surgical operation and was super grateful that Dr. Williamson was willing to accommodate it. He and Sarah had excellent bedside manner during my operation - it went quick and painless. The recovery was (somewhat predictably) miserable for the first week. I had a few questions about the discomfort I was experiencing and was so appreciative of the staff that went out of their way to proactively check in on me and get answers. They even reached out to Dr. Williamson about one issue on his day off which they didn't have to do. Just had my post-op today follow-up today, a couple weeks later, and everything is in great shape. Despite the challenges in recovery so grateful to have this out of the way and gums that are good to go (as Dr. Williamson put it) for life! Though the office will still bill insurance for you, I could have saved some money working with an in-network provider. However, I think this operation in particular benefits from Dr. Williamson's wealth of experience - my understanding is there's a lot of nuances in sourcing and shaping graft tissue. Dr. Tyree is the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. The hygienists always make my teeth…read morecleaner than ever after my cleanings. But most importantly Dr. Tyree is the best. Like many people, I have dentist trauma. He puts you at ease and makes things quick and painless. I've had a few cavities taken care of by Dr. Tyree and he's so much faster than other dentists. While still making sure the work is done right. It wasn't as long and complicated of a process than I was used to with other dentists. Recently I had to replace a cap I've had for over 20 years. I was so nervous! He made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening. It was also quick and pain free despite my fear from past experiences. After every filling or procedure, he calls you a few hours later--personally on his off time--to make sure you're doing OK and provides advice. Who does that? He's funny and jokes that sometimes a margarita can help with pain . I highly recommend Dr. Tyree and feel lucky to have him as my dentist.

Two failed implants…read more No good reason why. I had strong bone and plenty of it. In his notes, Dr. Bingham blamed the first implant failure on soft bone. But later decided against doing a bone graft because my bone was fine. During the second implant surgery, without warning or discussion, Dr. Bingham performed an unnecessary bone condensing procedure, which was highly painful and resulted in implant failure and later massive bone loss, which required extensive and expensive corrective surgery (a sinus lift and bone graft) to fix. I regret putting my trust into Council Oak and Dr. Bingham. ----- From his notes: "Previous implant failed due to soft bone density." Same visit: "No bone grafting anticipated. Proceed with instruments to condense the bone." Then after failure: "Bone quality remains dense and favorable."
