Absolutely terrible experience! I would strongly advise against using this business. Their customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. We booked them for my nephew's 10th birthday party, and multiple issues arose. Only 45 minutes into the party the truck broke down. He claimed it would be fixed quickly, but that was far from the case. Several of us, including family members, helped him troubleshoot the generator issue, my brother-in-law even drove to the store to buy a part he needed--yet the issue was never resolved. To make matters worse, all of the kids at the party mentioned that he was rude to them. Despite everything, he refused to issue any kind of refund, even though my nephew never got to fully enjoy the experience we paid for. This was a huge disappointment, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

Very sad to say, As a business owner myself. This was a very bad experience. The only plus was the gentleman should up early. So from the start. He tells us the kids can only certain games depending on there ages. Let's the parents decide that. Then he try's to get his trailer running for the party. The generator has problems and can't run the trailer. We leave our party to try to get parts to help get the trailer working. Still can't get it working, so kids don't even get to have the gaming experience. The guys spills oil from his generator all on the street, even clean it up. Then says our $250 deposit is non refundable. WOW. Kids didn't even get to have fun. Crazy. read more

We are so happy with our decision to go with High Performance Mobile Gaming! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. We booked our two hour party for 2-4pm and they arrived almost an hour early to get everything set up. So when our guests arrived they were ready to game! What I didn't know; and will use in the future, is that they offer table and chair rentals so keep that in mind!! He has a wide selection of games and consoles so whatever you are into I'm sure he can accommodate. My birthday boy had a blast and we will for sure be using them again!! read more

I got 2 hours and free hour gaming truck . I went with this one for 3 hours of gaming . I was pretty disappointed a tv inside went out. and the other 2 outside didn't work or he didn't leave open because the Sun / hot or having water jumper on the other side . which everyone in the party knew no going in wet. we really expecting outside tvs for adults or gaming outside. The tvs were working , the worker brought his son to play . I don't mind if it was pointed out to me the night before or 2 when we talked . There were only like 4 games children can play . His son was in one internet tv and only another one worked . I had a lot of adults Prety upset about not having much seating and dissapointed. Plus other home game trucks say more variety and it didn't seem right. Luckily husband had ordered water slide and kids seem to enjoy that more. The woman complaining about a noisy generator is very rude. She came barreling in to the party we were attending and demanded to speak with the person throwing the party like she was someone with authority. She immediately demanded that we move the party when everything was already set up and had been for hours. She then started threatening Trent and telling him that he could not park where he was. Trent calmly and plainly explained that he had a permit and was indeed allowed to park there. I doubt that woman has children and if she does I feel sorry for them. Trent is an all around good guy and very professional to work with. I've been to three kids parties where his truck was present and not only was I recommended his services but we also recommended him to a close friend. read more

The driver of the gaming truck with the extremely loud generator is not a pleasant man to speak with regarding his noisy generator. When asked about "the location he parked his truck for the event, he blew his gasket and said he didn't need ANY kind of permit because he was LA County and is aloud to ark anywhere. With his eyes ablaze and seedy language, I decided not to communicate with him any longer.. He also made threatening remarks to me because I took a picture of his truck. I spoke with the customer putting on the event. The generator had been running since 11:30am and the party wasn't starting til 3 and ending at 430pm. Not a man I would want around my kids. The customer of the event was pleasant and easy to talk to. My question was simply, how long would this noisy generator be running and I am two houses away. It's a quality of life issue. Do not use this rude and insulting man. read more
