Absolutely horrendous business. The reason no other reviews are here is because they work with banks that help hide their identity. This appraisal company is not professional and refuse to talk with the consumer and keep all communication with the bank. Once I finally got a hold of the appraisal it was a mess and had several errors. They gave me too much value in some areas and didn't give any value for an attached garage and 500 sq ft of mint condition enclosed patio area. At least ask your bank if there is an alternative to these guys. Or ask your realtor for a different company. read more

Well that was a bold face lie, so I had to call these guys to come out. He set up and fixed my grandfather clock, showed me what he did, showed me how to best keep it in working order. Couple weeks later I pushed the pendulum too hard and it came out of its track. Well they back their work with a 90 day warranty so he just came out right away, fixed it, told me what I did wrong, installed something that will help prevent that from happening and told me what NOT to do. The man is very quiet, doesn't say much, but he definitely speaks through his work, and when he does speak it's to teach you and help you with your clock. I will definitely use these guys again if needed and will refer them to my friends and family. Great businessman and professional.

Very bad appraisal. It was a detailed report that lacked depth of research. They gave us too much value for expected items (master bedrooms are expected in our neighborhood) in the house and didn't give us any value for other items, such as 500 sq ft of tiled and enclosed patio. Definitely would NOT recommend. read more
