I found one party who promised he could get it done and sent to me by midnight on the second day after I committed to them, with a 4-digit price-tag. Thankfully, I was guided to the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) where I found Connie. I saw nothing but favorable ratings and filled in her online form at www.conceptappraisals.com She called me within half an hour - appraisal finished next day, half the price of the other offer who had explained how he was "going out of his way for me". Legal pros I dealt with commented this was the fastest and best they'd ever seen. Connie selflessly gave of herself to help my family! Did my family a great service, thank you, thank you Connie!

I simply do not comprehend the negative reviews about this company because my experience was terrific. A very professional and friendly sales rep named Dayla came out to the house to explain the procedures to my sister and me. She answered all of our questions carefully and made sure that we understood her answers. She took photographs of the items in the home which we wanted her company to sell, and she honestly told us what would certainly sell and what would not be appealing to the public. As it turns out, Dayla's advice was spot on. The women who came to the house to both stage it and perform the sales---Pam and Cindy---were amazing. They were efficient, personable, and honest. Their salesmanship obviously was effective because they were able to sell items that I was sure would not be popular (big furniture pieces, a baby grand piano, old patio furniture, etc.). I checked how the house looked before the first day of the sale, and I was really impressed how Pam and Cindy merchandised all of the contents. They had prices posted on everything. Our family home was large and it had been lived in since 1962. There was an enormous amount of "stuff" to sell. Prestige did it! When I went to the house on the last day of the sale, I was astonished at how much these two ladies sold. Obviously, Prestige's marketing strategy worked in our case. My sister and I were very pleased with the results. I would also like to mention the gentleman who Prestige recommends to do the clear out at the end. Dave Biaotto and his wife Debby are absolutely incredible! Not only did they haul away all of the things that didn't sell, but they donated them to charitable organizations. He takes what is not donatable to the dump. He even delivered a few left-over pieces that my sister and I wanted to our respective homes. And Dave and Debby cleaned up the house at the end---dusted and vacuumed! Dave provides a most welcome service at the end of the sale, and I highly recommend him.

Following the appraisal, my wife and I moved from an apartment to a home, and during the move I lost my copy of the report. I called and asked for a copy. He told me that he didn't have one handy, that most likely it was in a storage unit he keeps somewhere. He said he'd let me know when he went out there. After a couple of weeks I called again, and he was quite abrupt (not to say rude), and said he'd get to it when he got to it. In the meantime, I had given one of the appraised items, a side by side double barrel German shotgun to my nephew. I told him it was a 16-gauge, which is what I thought and which had been confirmed by Mr. Cornell, the supposed firearms expert. The valuation was in the $3,500 range. As it turns out, the gun was a 12-gauge. Some time later I called again and never heard back. I emailed and never received a reply. What professional do you know who doesn't keep digital copies of work for which he charges this kind of money? What kind of person portrays himself as an expert and makes these kinds of mistakes and poor business decisions? I urge you to swipe to the left and avoid being scammed by this disreputable human. I was taken advantage of and I don't want the same thing to happen to you.
