I found one party who promised he could get it done and sent to me by midnight on the second day after I committed to them, with a 4-digit price-tag. Thankfully, I was guided to the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) where I found Connie. I saw nothing but favorable ratings and filled in her online form at www.conceptappraisals.com She called me within half an hour - appraisal finished next day, half the price of the other offer who had explained how he was "going out of his way for me". Legal pros I dealt with commented this was the fastest and best they'd ever seen. Connie selflessly gave of herself to help my family! Did my family a great service, thank you, thank you Connie!

This appraisal company is not professional and refuse to talk with the consumer and keep all communication with the bank. They gave me too much value in some areas and didn't give any value for an attached garage and 500 sq ft of mint condition enclosed patio area. I cannot recommend Kylle at America's Auto Appraisers highly enough!…read more I recently went through a total loss claim with State Farm, and the initial Actual Cash Value (ACV) offer was nowhere near what my vehicle was actually worth. I felt like I was being completely lowballed and wasn't sure what to do. That's when I contacted Kylle, and it was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I received a fair settlement. He thoroughly reviewed my claim, built a strong appraisal, and went to bat for me every step of the way. The result? He helped increase my settlement by $7,500 over State Farm's original offer, far more than I ever expected. His expertise and persistence paid for themselves many times over. If you're dealing with a total loss claim or feel like an insurance company isn't offering you a fair value, do yourself a favor and call Kylle. He's honest, responsive, and truly fights for his clients. I would trust him again without hesitation and will absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs an independent auto appraisal. Thank you, Kylle, for your professionalism, hard work, and for getting me the settlement my vehicle actually deserved!
