Absolutely horrendous business…read more The reason no other reviews are here is because they work with banks that help hide their identity. This appraisal company is not professional and refuse to talk with the consumer and keep all communication with the bank. Once I finally got a hold of the appraisal it was a mess and had several errors. They gave me too much value in some areas and didn't give any value for an attached garage and 500 sq ft of mint condition enclosed patio area.
