He spoke perfect English, a big plus for a gringo in Miami! He found out the leak was my air conditioning and called his buddy who came right out and fixed my air. Moises told me that as my water heater was 25 years old he would advise me to change it. He wasn't pushy at all and was not going to charge me for coming out even if i didn't decide to change it. I took his advice and on Monday I got my new water heater at a fraction of the price that my neighbor had paid to someone else 2 weeks prior to this. Moises had a helper to carry the old heater down the stairs and bring the new one up.
