It involved hanging two 4'x8' dibond signs over existing sign faces on an 18-foot monument sign post located near a wall. I highly recommend them for your next sign installation job.

We had a simple design but we're very particular about how we wanted it and they executed it perfectly without charging us an arm and a leg. While the output was already great, it weighs almost more to me that their customer service was outstanding. They were so quick to respond to me, and Chad was very attentive to the things I wanted & needed done, giving his own input and advice when necessary without being condescending (very hard to find these days). They truly went the extra mile for us with handling all the back-and-forth. Since my schedule wouldn't allow me to meet in person, I expected my turn around time to be a little longer, but Chad did an on-site inspection and measurement with me on Facetime to help me move my timeline along quicker than I thought which was such a big help during the stressful move. It felt like they actually wanted to collaborate rather than just check off a task on the to-do list, and that kind of consideration and service is priceless. I've already recommended them to another business, but I really I wish I could write more than one 5 star review so more people would know about them. Please take a chance on this small business, you will not regret it!

I try not to leave negative reviews, but after multiple interactions with Digital Insight Printing,…read moreI feel compelled to share my experience. A few months ago, I reached out to Tyler to have business cards created for my company. From the very beginning, the communication felt short, unfriendly, and heavily focused on upselling at every opportunity. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, so I decided to move forward despite my concerns. Recently, after rebranding my business, I contacted Tyler again to create updated business cards. We provided mock-ups and concepts for the new design, and the conversation immediately shifted toward additional charges for creating the card layout. While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability. However, customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building are equally important -- especially in service-based industries. Unfortunately, my experiences with Tyler and Digital Insight Printing lacked those qualities entirely. Because of this interaction, not only have they lost my business moving forward, but I also cannot confidently refer other businesses or colleagues to them. There are too many printing companies that value communication, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships to settle for an experience like this.

I work in the…read moreauto industry in CA, so it was important to me to find someone who did superior quality work at a great rate for my sister. I can't have her driving around with a sh*tty wrap! I see that all too often out here, and it's a shame to pay so much for something that doesn't look good! Anyhow, I dealt with Jesse over the phone and set everything up for my sister to drop off her vehicle and let them know her timeline. She went in, and they treated her like a family member! She dropped the vehicle off, and picked it up the next day at the end of the day. I wish I had a video of her reaction. I heard that she was speechless! It was like she had a whole new car, and not just that, the new color is also a method to protect the original paint underneath! Wraps aren't just for cars. You can wrap a truck, business windows, motorcycles, helmets, you name the object, it can be wrapped. I was out in Vegas for SEMA a week ago, and I checked out her car. 5 months along, and it still looks amazing! No peeling, no bubbles, and you can't find seams unless you're REAAAAALLY searching. I also got a chance to meet Jesse while I was out there. He's a great individual and has each client's best interest in mind when he performs a job for them. 10/10 would recommend.
