Walk from the ferries or take a short cab ride from the airport. Rooms include a continental breakfast served next door at the Roberts House. The Manor House is a quiet, charming, victorian-style inn. Many rooms have fireplaces and the bathrooms are large and comfortable (unlike some Nantucket inns that provide shower stalls only or shared baths). There is little to no hustle and bustle here and the Manor House features several cozy indoor and outdoor locations to sit and relax - the adirondack chairs in the garden, the sun room off to the left of the entrance, the sitting room in the Roberts House, and the breakfast room in the basement of the Roberts House. For the discriminating traveler who doesn't want to spend a fortune on a Nantucket vacation - you won't be disappointed by the Roberts House or Manor House Inns.

You can use the whole wrap around veranda, with two couches and there are two patios you can eat on, and there are glasses and basically anything you would need in the kitchen/ living room area. The place really felt like home. You are also free to go into the living room whenever you want, and there are usually fresh baked goods for you in there. There was also always fresh water and ice on the veranda. My husband and I stayed here right before he needed knee surgery, and JeanE was kind enough to let him keep his ice pack in the freezer to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

We had to make a change to our reservation and they were able to accommodate our request. The room was small, but very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The patio area was very nice. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to or bike to anything and everything we wanted to on the island from here. The food was delicious as well. The staff was also kind enough to gift us with a nice bottle of wine in our room, as we were there celebrating an anniversary. Lovely experience and would be happy to recommend to others and return there myself.

Cobblestone Inn is the exception. It's clean and inviting. The inn keeper is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast includes fruits and freshly baked breads and muffins, which are fantastic. I will say that the larger rooms are much nicer than the smaller ones, so if you can, spring for a large room or the suite on the top floor. It's worth it. Location cant be beat. It's a 3 minute walk to the whaling museum downtown, which is where many of the busses leave from. It doesn't get much more convenient that that! We have stayed here several times and will never stay anywhere else on the island.

The accommodations were outdated, worn, and poorly maintained. I had specifically requested an ocean-view room, but instead was given a first-floor room facing the parking lot. The condition of the room and the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the resort's advertising. The difference between what was advertised and what we received was significant. For the price paid, I expected a much better-maintained room and a view closer to what was represented when booking. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not choose this resort again based on this experience.

It was almost like renting our own little nantucket cottage with a private entrance to our suite from the neighborhood outside. The service was impeccable as well as all the little, decadent, included perks. Every morning there are amazing pastries in the reception area. I got an assortment of danishes, croissants, and muffins thinking to just sample a bit. I ate it ALL. Each room gets their own drip coffee and nespresso machine. In the afternoons they set out cookies, and in the early evenings are wine and cheese. There are also complimentary bicycles, which allowed me the chance to check out quite a few of the local beaches and lighthouses nearby. One afternoon we went to the pool and enjoyed our private cabana and snacks, drinks, and even fresh fruit! They even provided us with sunscreen and signed copies of nantucket-y beach reads. Seriously, they've thought of everything. Such a relaxing vacation and I hope to come back one day!
