Also, the only reason I went to her was because of a groupon, an all Inclusive price, then she has the nerve to tell me I owe her for going over time.. what do you mean? you set a flat price for your Groupon and now you're charging me more? please. I basically gave her $75 when the Groupon was only $40. just because of "extra time" like holy overcharging for every little thing. Won't be returning, especially for those prices. Not a great experience…read more I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment. The person on the phone told me they weren't busy and that I could just come in. When I arrived there was only one person waiting in the lobby, so I assumed it would be a quick wait. Instead, I sat there while a stylist finished with a client and walked out without acknowledging anyone in the lobby. The other person who had been waiting was taken back next, which made sense. But then another customer walked in and was taken immediately by a different stylist. Maybe he had an appointment, but it would have been helpful to know that before I drove down after being told to just come in. Then a pest control company came inside and started spraying behind the chairs and around the shop. The smell was strong and unpleasant. At that point I decided to leave before even getting my haircut. I drove to Floyd's across the street to since it didn't smell like pesticides and got my haircut there instead. Overall it just felt disorganized and not very welcoming, wont be back.
