When the other clerk finished with her customer, she called me forward. Another customer came up, and Denise helped them right away. I complained to clerk waiting on me and she apologized. Nothing from Denise. I asked to speak with the manager, who came right away. I told him what happened, but could tell he wasn't interested. I told him that if this was the kind of customer service their customers could expect, I wouldn't be back.

I was returning the Christmas gift I did not want it to go back to the card that's why I had the gift receipts. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.

Mind you I did go right after Christmas so possibly that's the reason but I did end up getting a phenomenal cow print faux fur jacket that stretches from shoulders to toes and my friend also got one too. It was listed at a fantastic sale price and there was no question once I found out it was discounted that we both HAD to have it-- and now that it's home with me, I absolutely don't regret it and cannot wait to wear it! Her customer service was pure excellence, and she was efficient and quick. We observed her with the customer ahead of us, who was elderly, and she was very accommodating to him. It didn't stop there, as she was very friendly with us as well. The aisles were pretty clear and even the restroom was clean. It is very rare to find all these qualities at once. We have had good experiences before, but none quite like this. Keep up the good work!
