I delivered two very large babies over a decade ago and had followed the advice of my OB/Gyn, but kegels weren't enough. Usually within 20 minutes of jogging, I would start to leak. I was already a very loyal customer of Refresh & Refine (and travel more than 300 miles for all treatments there - well worth it!!!!) so I was thrilled R&R started offering treatments to help with this very embarrassing problem.
